The blessings of God can not be measured in any ramification at all. It is always a direct link from God to His loved ones especially those who have received Him as their Lord and Saviour – Jesus Christ. He does not discriminate either white or black but He distributes blessings to those that do and obey His Commandments.
Abraham was one person that God loves and when it was time to bless him, He ordered him to leave for another strange abode and he obeyed according to the Bible records. He didn’t disobey God. Obedience in this circumstance, brought blessings to Abraham and his generation.
And today we are partakers of Abraham’s blessings as the Bible says in “Ge 12:1-3 Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee”
“12:2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing”
“12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed”.
Coordinating the Intercessory prayers, Pastor (Mrs) Sarah Omini Eno, quoted “Deu 28:1-6 And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth”
Sarah raised prayer points based on the theme “I am blessed to be a blessing” saying “Oh God let your blessings come upon me and overtake me, Oh God enlarge my coast and bless me all round, Oh God let your favour locate me and give me an enviable blessings”.
She also prayed to God to establish the works of our hands and let there be shower of blessing in our lives. All the prayer points were backed up with Bible verses from Ps.90:16/Ps.102:13/Gen.12:2 accordingly.
The intercessory prayers rekindled the spirit of the Prophet in the house as he woke up from his corner and moved straight to the choir stand and began to sing “Jesus come and defend your Name, Oh Lord so that my enemy will not ask me where is the God that you are serving “.
General Overseer Prophet Sunday Obi said “I could not have been present at today’s service because of the loss of my junior brother, but because “I am owing a debt to God, hence I am physically here. I must fulfil the will of God and obey His commandments.. God says He has alot of blessings today. Be ready to carry as much as you can carry, he prophesised. There is going to be a change of story in people’s lives today”.
Thereafter, the Servant of God began to sing and dance to the glory of God as he ushered in the “Mother” of the Ministry “Mama Sarah Abraham” as guest speaker to deliver the Word tagged “I am blessed to be a Blessing”.
An outstanding minister of God, she went straight to the business as recorded in the Bible in Ge 1:28 “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth”.
She said blessing is being without sorrow, shame, pain or affliction. It also carries power, authority and dominion that is why God told Adam to have dominion over all creatures.
“We are all carriers of blessings in our different capacities. It is treasured in every man. Every good thing you do to another person, you are sowing a seed of blessing.”.
The tithe you pay to the servant of God or the first fruit you give is attracting multiple blessings to you. In this service she prayed that any one blocking your blessings shall die.
“Nigeria is suffering all manners of evil today because we have refused to be a blessing to everyone that comes our way”.
According to her, “when the blessing of God in a man’s life is withheld or withdrawn, it is an error because the whole community will suffer and lack in that area such as Papa Oyedepo, Papa Obi and others”.
“There are people among us whose blessings have been caged, as a result many destines are not blessed. Every blessing fulfil a purpose in our lives as recorded in Exd. 31:1-6, she added”.
She made reference to Bible verses for further study in Luke 12:16/Gen.1:28/Prov.109:28/3:27 and Job 29:12″.
She mentioned people who were blessings in the Bible such as Esther, David and Jesus among others. Blessing is a gift and if you are not a blessing, you are an error or problem. When you bless someone, you are sowing a seed. Passing of information is a blessing. Whistle blowers, talent hunt are all blessings.
“Celebrate other people’s blessings for there is always time for everything. Today God is saying “your blessings are right here at No. 11 Otu Ansa street calabar”.
Enemies to blessings are disobedience, unforgiveness, pride and greed.
“As a believer, you are a blessing to your parents, wife, husband in your community. As a doctor, chorister, prayer warrior and a staff, you are a blessing to your environment.
Prophet Sunday Obi who is ever smiling during ministration could not wait put began to release them into different directions as the Holy Ghost caught up with many worshippers as they screamed in loud voices seeking for help.
The Spirit of God was sufficiently overwhelming as the screamed and cried endlessly. The word of God came accomplished as He had promised to release his abundant blessings to His people during the service.
He said God told Abraham “I will make you a great nation. His obedience to God took him to his blessings. Destines must be transferred today. This commission is a blessing to humanity. Giving make the a way. Double blessing is about to pour out and God is about to put up a smile on someone’s face – Alleluia!.
Obi prayed for the nation, prayed against any hidden agenda against Christians and asked God to set confusion amongst those behind such plans.
He also prayed God to change our story and make us a blessing in our families in Jesus Name Amen.
The blessings of God were too heavy for some people to carry. There were testimonies and God’s divine mercies during the Thanksgiving service.
The Servant of God used the opportunity to celebrate children in the house and wished happy Children’s Day as he prayed for them.
Interestingly, as the outreach begins to grow, people from neighbouring states are trooping in in their numbers to receive their healing, deliverance and prophetic declarations during Friday programmes.
The God of Arena is indeed alive and He will remain alive forever Amen!.
