Ndoma-Egba To Assist In The Completion Of Bar Centre Project Ogoja

Former Senate Leader, Distinguished Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba (SAN), has promised to assist the Nigerian Bar Association, Ogoja branch in Cross River state to complete its Bar Centre project building in Ogoja local government area.

He made the promise during an inspection visit to the project site located within the premises of the High Court Complex in Ogoja.
-The project was conceived and started by Justice E.A Ubua of the Cross River State Judiciary during his tenure as the Chairman of the NBA Ogoja Branch in 2011 to 2012 and had remained abandoned since then.

It is named as the Justice E. T. Ndoma-Egba, JCA Bar Center in memory of Senator Ndoma- Egba’s father. 

Late Justice E. T. Ndoma-Egba was the first indigenous lawyer to establish his practice in Ogoja in 1970, immediately after the Nigerian Civil War.

Due to the difficulty in completing the project, the former Senate Leader graciously promised the branch that the Ndoma-Egba family will complete it. His visit is to appraise the extent of work done on the project. 

On hand to receive him were the Chairman of the NBA Ogoja Branch- Lazarus Izabi- Undie, former Chairman of the Branch- Marc Enamhe and Executive Committee members of the branch.
