The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) Dr. Peter Obi has reassured Cross Riverians that his administration will do everything possible to revive the multi-million Naira abandoned Tinapa Business Resort and make it functional if elected as president come February 25th 2023.
He gave the assurance while addressing party supporters at the U.J.Esuene Stadium during his tour of the state.
Obi lamented that despite the huge investment at Tinapa, there is no political will to make it functional.
The former governor of Anambra state also said that the issue of insecurity would be a thing of the past if elected as this will unite the country as well as secure the nation.
The presidential candidate of the LP also said that his government will end police brutality and (ASUU) strike if given the mandate.
Earlier, the National Chairman of Labour Party, Dr Julious Abure said since 1999, “we have been making wrong choices and called on Nigerians to vote massively for the LP candidate to change the narrative.
Also speaking Prof. Pat Utomi said with the emergence of Obi, a new Nigeria is possible. He will change the narrative from consumption to production and restore the nation back on track.
