The Cross River State Governor, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu can in many respects be likened to the eagle who with rapt attention has every inch of the state as his focal point with extreme hunger for development.
In different fora he has demonstrated radiant humanism which culminated in the confidence displayed in the wills of the people by voting massively for him in the last gubernatorial election.
His victory at the Election petition Tribunal in Calabar recently was therefore, an affirmation of his acceptability by the people of the state.
I therefore heartily congratulate his Excellency and pray that God will guide and guard him to fulfilling his lofty dreams for our beloved state.
