SA to the Gov on Non-Indigenes Affairs felicites Cross Riverians for a successful LG elections

The Special Adviser to the governor on Non Indigenes Affairs, Mazi Okey Maduekwe has commended the Cross River state independent electoral Commission (CROSIEC) for organizing a smooth, credible, free and fair local government elections.

He dropped the commendation shortly after his observation and monitoring of the exercise yesterday.

Maduekwe commended the good people of Cross River State, most especially the Non Indigenes for the high turn out and for participating fully in the democratic exercise.

He further remarked that with His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu on throne, Cross River State will continue to remain on the path of prosperity.

Maduekwe extended his sincere congratulations to the newly elected Chairmen, Vice Chairmen and Councilors and urged them to key into the ‘People First’ mantra and bring back the lost glory of the state at the grassroot level.
