Acceptance of the”Word” led them to anointing for greatness in all spheres of endeavor

Communion Services have their uniqueness aside every other service. So was this Friday’s service with the theme “Anointing For Greatness”.

There were anointing for greatness in so many divers ways during the service. Some came to hear the Word and some came with doubts in their minds.

But the good news remains that God doesn’t lie, and has never lied. He is a great God, Comforter, the light and the way.

For those who trust and believes in Him, He gave them anointing for greatness in all their challenges with permanent healing and deliverance.

Though, the devil is still fighting the church, it was evident that the church is victorious at the end of the day. The Lord has taken over the battle and has declared them losers.

The church is not shaken. The Prophet of God is not moved. He stands tall in the face of the challenge from the kingdom of hell. God’s own general, is unshakeable. He is focused and not deferred. He believes God has taken over the battle and the church is victorious.

And the service was great and spiritual. The anointing of God flowed from the beginning till the end of the service. He showed up greatly and wiped away their tears and sorrows during the Communion Service.

There is no other God, no other power and no other authority that exists in Heaven and on earth.

God is still in the business of doing good to all manner of people. He remains the same God today, yesterday and tomorrow.

It becomes sweeter getting to know God and to hear His Word and keep His Commandments day after day.

For those who sort for the “Way”, He encountered them with anointing for greatness. The Egyptians they see today, they see them no more.

The Prophet had earlier, appreciated God for giving the Prayer Mountain members the grace and strength to wait upon the Lord for three days to counter the plans of the evil ones against ARENA.

God had given us victory! Amen.

And so was the Intercessory prayer anchored by Pst. Esther Iwa Obi as directed by the Holy Spirit.

She took her prayer line from Psalms 89:20-21I have found My servant David; With My holy oil I have anointed him,

With whom My hand shall be established; Also My arm shall strengthen him.

She prayed for the release of anointing for uncommon grace upon our lives, marriage, children and careers, prayed that wicked people should not have access in our lives endeavors, empower us for greatness, turn today service for our good, and turn every obstacle in our favor.

Pst. Esther Iwa Obi, continues, praying for the unlocking of our greatness and potential and may they come to fruition in Jesus Name Amen, let the enemies release all that have been stolen, God I pray for the forgiveness of my sins, take away unforgiveness and let there be genuine repentance, Oh Lord, show us mercy, open our files in today’s service and let there be a turn around in our families in Jesus Name Amen.

The usual thirty minutes worship was observed. It was a power packed session manifesting His presence.

Thereafter, the ARENA Echo International choir got her anointing for greatness as she sang her Special No “Jesus I am secured”.

The hour we have been waiting came and Elder Samuel Esege delivered the Word with the help of the Holy Spirit.

He recalled few examples in the Bible where people who trusted in God which is the Word, got anointing for greatness. Anoniting broke yokes in their favor.

He spoke of the Way, which could be referred to as the Word. The Word is the Way. Does your character or behavior represent the Way.

He condemned bribery and corruption amongst believers. We should lead the Way because the spirit of God lives in us.

Are you unique in your place of work? Do you support and abate in corrupt practices? Believers should live by example. Shun corrupt influence. Anointing can make you stand on the path of truth always.

“We should be children of the way. Stand by the way. He is the man of the way.”

Ways to attract Anoniting for greatness include, you must be prayerful, wait upon the Lord, and you must draw closer to God, you must be born of the word of God and you must inquire from God before embarking on anything.

Spend time in prayer, worship, and Bible study to connect with God and seek His anointing, Faith and Obedience. Trust God and obey His instructions, even when it’s challenging or uncertain and Humility and Surrender: Humble yourself before God and surrender your life to His purposes.

He cited David and Sampson as men who anointed for greatness, but lack of knowledge made Sampson lost his. He refused to obey the elders and God abandoned him.

“Anoniting for greatness requires dedication, putting off anything unclean and offering of prayers to God”.

He recommended the following Bible verses for more studies: 1 Sam.7:2-13/1Sam.10:1/Judges 6:25-32.

“The anointing is a biblical concept that refers to the empowerment and equipping of individuals by the Holy Spirit for specific purposes and assignments. When we talk about anointing for greatness, we are referring to the idea that God wants to empower us to achieve great things for His kingdom”.

David was anointed by Samuel to be the future king of Israel (1 Samuel 16:1-13), Jesus was anointed by the Holy Spirit to preach, teach, and heal (Luke 4:18-19), and the apostles were anointed by the Holy Spirit to spread the gospel and build the early church (Acts 2:1-4).

Characteristics of the Anointing. It gives empowerment. The anointing gives us the power and ability to accomplish great things for God. It equips. The anointing equips us with the skills, talents, and gifts needed to fulfill our assignments.The anointing guides us in our decisions and actions, helping us to stay on course.

Corporate prayers were offered by God’s own general, Prophet Sunday Obi to the glory of God.

He prayed for anoniting to set us free from captivity, Lord give us the power to do your Will, Lord I need your anoniting and greatness, therefore renew me, let your power flow in me, and renew me Oh Lord, when thou shall come from above I shall be free, Lord when my strength falls me, renew me, I need your strength in my marriage, career , children and business, I shall not go back the way I came, visit me, I surrender myself to you, I submit myself to you completely, use me to win souls for you in Jesus Name Amen.

He dropped Bible verses for further study.Psa 89:20-25/Acts 13:22-32/1Sam.15:3/2Sam.5:3/Isa.8:18/Psa. 145 respectively.

He says pride, offence and trust in man is what blocks us from attaining anointing for greatness. The only way to achieve Anoniting for greatness is when you accept and hear the Word which is Jesus.
