The General Overseer, Prophet Sunday Obi had announced previous week that Friday’s Service is a special one because God will anoint children before they resume school.
Behold, there was an overflow as guidance and parents harkened to the instructions of the prophet in the house.
The Bible in Psa 36:7-8 says “How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. Psa 36:8 They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures”.
No doubt, therefore, that the Intercessory prayers that came thereafter was like fire, like thunder. The Officer and Pastor in charge, Pastor Enu Omini, handled the session like never before as he touched almost all the Bible verses that has to do with Faith.
Offering prayers in line with the theme “Understanding the unlimited Power of Faith”, he referenced Heb 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”.
He offered several prayer points, against our sinful lives, God’s mercy upon our lives, against spirit of doubts and failures.
Omini urged believers to activate their faith in God. This will help increase our spiritual lives.
For further studies, he referenced Heb.11:30, Roms. 10:17, Heb.11:11, Roms 12:3 and Heb.12:2 to confirm the word of God.
This session of power packed intercessory prayer opened the eyes and ears of the Prophet as he began to sort the afflicted out from the congregation, one after the other.
Filled with joy and happiness after communing with His Master Jesus, he burst into praise and worship songs and began to flow.
“Look unto Jesus and live and get your hearts desires”. Jesus na Baba. I be God Pekin. Lord speak to me. Touch my life and change my own story today were his utterances as the Holy Spirit directs him.
Thereafter, it was time to introduce the guest speaker, Pastor (Mrs.) Rita Kelvin to the pulpit as she presents the Word “Understanding The Unlimited Power of Faith “, by the prophet himself.
Committing the Word to God, because He is the Word, Pastor Kelvin asked the congregation a very pertinent question. Do you have faith?. Testimonies are results of faith. Heb 11:1 says “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”.
Faith is living according to God’s principles, trusting that He is whom He says He is. It is anchoring your life on God’s word – refusing to be swayed to the left or right.
“Faith is the currency by which we operate in the Kingdom of God. 2Cor 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:). She concludes saying that we are faith creatures. We are from a lineage of people that had faith in God.
However, she referenced the Bible according to Heb.11:11, Heb 11:30, Dan.6:1-23, Dan. 3:19-30, Matt. 16:20 and John 6:1-13 also confirming the word of God.
“Through our faith, she said, all the storms in our lives shall be calm in Jesus Name Amen. Your faith drives and opens door for testimonies. We shall cross the Red Sea by our faith.Walls shall be broken because of our faith. Our faith shall increase and multiply our blessings and testimonies”.
Today, she says, “Jesus is calling us to repent and confess our sins and give our lives to Him. It is now or never because there is no time left”.
Mounting the rostrum, Prophet Sunday Obi used the opportunity to introduce God’s Arena of Liberty outreach ambassador Pastor Dominion Joe of the Winners’ Chapel ministering far away in Obubra local government worshiping with us today. The church acknowledged his presence with a loud shout.
Though, not preaching, he described faith as a journey or an adventure. Your background could contribute to your journey in life. Faith is a small key that can open any kind of door.
He warned that as christians, we must not see before you believe. That is faith.
Moved by the power of God, he sorted out personalities and made individual prophetic declarations in their lives and admonished them to key into it and see how God will change their lives.
Obi offered corporate prayers to God before aninoting the children at the special service with prophetic declarations in many of them.
There were testimonies on the restoration of womb, breaking of yokes, idols as well as a testimony from a man who was pregnant for nine months but God upturned it in God”s Arena of Liberty outreach.
God has began His promises in God”s Arena of Liberty as the hall no longer contains the crowd. It is overflow, overflow and overflow to the glory of God.
