God Came Down In His Glory To Bless His People At The End Of 2023 Service

God’s Arena Of Liberty (GOAL) celebrated her Fifth Anniversary in January 2023 to the glory of God with Thanksgiving.

The Commission had grown from strength to strength as so many lives have been saved through counseling, deliverance and daily prayers by the Mountain prayer section. It has been from glory to glory. All the testimonies are clear indices to confirm what God had used the Prophet in the house to do to humanity.

Interestingly, Prophet Sunday Obi had never attributed these signs and wonders to himself but to God, the Creator and Master of the Universe – Alleluia!.

And, from January to December 2023, “Arena is waxing stronger and stronger. It has been testimony galore all through. No wonder December 15, 2023, was a very special day being the last Friday service of the year. Come and see ooh, come and see what the Lord has done for His people.

Wao! It is said “all that started well, also ended well”. This was the story in ARENA. First timers and those who gave their lives to Christ received over 20 pieces of the Holy Bible from the General Overseer Prophet Sunday Obi. This has never happened before. Signs of goodies in the year 2024 in ARENA “.

There were enough reasons to give thanks to God. From the opening prayers, down the series of activities, to mark the closure for 2023 session, it was Thanksgiving to God. And the congregation worshipped and praises their God like never before.

Call it Thanksgiving service or end of year/Anoniting service, yes, it was spiritually packed and filled. God Himself came down in glory to give victory to those who seek His Holy Name.

They came, they worshipped and praised His Name and there were instant testimonies, Glory!

The Servant of God, the giant of Africa, Prophet Sunday Obi, finally sanctified the hall with his Elders dancing round, as the glory of God came down.

“The church will be jam-packed today, he declared and it came to pass.”

“Before, the angels had taken over the entire premises waiting for God instructions and directives, Amen!”

Today, the Prophet is known and called from 43 countries of the World. What God cannot do doesn’t exist. In ARENA Ministry, God has raised dead people, healed and make the leam to walk.

Still in the mood of thanksgiving, the Coordinator of the Intercessory prayer, Evang. Nengi Obeten Ewa, began to worship and praise our God who had from January to December, shown us mercy. She sang so many choruses before converting them into prayer points.

She read Psa 95:5-6 and turned it into prayer, Psa 96:8-19/107:15-17/103:1 saying we must have faith in God always.

Evang Ewa admonished worshippers to embrace the attitude of praising God whenever we are depressed. He answers faster when praising His Name than praying.

She prayed that God shall protect all those travelling this season and that we shall sing victory songs at the end, Amen.

It was a thanksgiving Intercessory period indeed from a tested minister of God.

Worship! worship!!, worship!!!The Prophet sang for over 30 minutes praising God and giving Him Alone Thanks.

The Arena Echo International choir, blessed the congregation with her special No “God has done it again”.

Thereafter, God’s own general Prophet Sunday Obi, invited the Son of the Prophet, Pst. Victor Onen to minister the Word, “Praise To Finish Strong”.

Said he, “a generation without a Prophet is cursed”. You will fail if you don’t carry your Prophet along. You will fail if you don’t obey his instructions. Seek the counsel of your Prophet always.”

And three Nations ganged up against one, but because they obeyed the instructions of the Prophet and began to sing and praise their God, the got victory. For the battle is for the Lord.

“When you praise God, you bring down His presence and bring forth His Mightiness. The result becomes disastrous for the enemies. God will do what He has never done before”.

Jou: 6:20 says the people of Israel, “So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city”.
“As they were shouting and praising God, they moved round the Wall of Jericho and it started to fall, Alleluia, Amen. Today, that wall of Jericho in your life, marriage, career, business and finances shall be brought down in Jesus Name Amen”.

“And so Pst. Onen continues saying, in Acts 16:25-40 Paul and Silas were set free from jail because they praises their God.”

He admonished believers to shun sin to be able to access God. Sin is a reproach. Do away with sin and God will give you a victory song as we enter into 2024, Amen!

Acts 3:19: says “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.”

He says it is not every praise that God answers.

Speaking, God’s own general Prophet Sunday Obi, says “Satan hates praise. It hurts and affect his personality too much. He leaves you whenever you are praising God.

He gave some Bible verses for our reference. They are 2tim 3:12-14/Acts 20:20/Heb.12:1/Gal 7:9/Jas 1:12.

The end of year service saw the Anoniting of three additional persons as Elders in ARENA. They are Eld. Lord Tony Besong, Eld. Theresa Akpeshi and Eld. Samuel Nelson Ekwere. They were anonited by the General Overseer Prophet Sunday Obi.

Also, the Prophet blessed the latest grandson and Mother giving thanks to God.

The climax was the return of Prayer Requests for 2024 and the Annual Sacrifices as the Prophet prayed for those who honoured God’s instructions. He prayed and spread anoniting oil thereafter.

The Prophet also celebrated with the entire congregation, leaders and members of all depts in the Commission.
