The Cross River State governor, Prince Bassey Otu has appointed Comrade Gill Nsa As Chief Press Secretary.
Nsa replaced Mr. Emmanuel Ogbeche whose duties was relieved as Chief Press Secretary (CPS).
Untill his appointment, Gill Nsa was the State Chairman of Cross River state Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ).
Also, the governor has named Sir Maurice Effiwatt as replacement for Mr. Oku Inaku in acting capacity as chairman civil service Commission
Mr. Ogbeche is transferred to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) as Press Secretary Abuja.
The new appointments were contained in a memo signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. A Owan Enoh.
Meanwhile, Mr. Linus Obogo has been upgraded to Special Adviser Media and Publicity.
