“The devil is a bastard. He is a thief and a spoiler. He is clueless and wicked”.
“But God is not a liar. He is all knowing God. He is the God of Elijah, Issac and Jacob. He foresees the future. There is nothing that takes Him by surprise.
He had planned that our normal Friday’s Service would hold as usual, but the thief – the devil – knew that many would be set free because of the theme “That curse shall not stand”, half way during the service, he attacked the generator”.
“Woe onto that person who says a thing and it comes to pass when the Lord has not approved of it.
Unfortunately, the devil failed as the service continued without any hindrance. The Lord has said, he will raise stones to worship him where there is no one”.
Yes, the instrumentalists became incapacitated as there was no generator to power light. Alas! the Lord raised the voice of the Son of the Prophet Victor Onen to the hearing of all. Behold, it was time to hear the Word and the Word was delivered to the glory of God.
Every attempt to ratify the generator failed, but the service continued unabated. The Lord brought succour from above and arrested the souls and spirit of worshippers during the service. It looks like one of those Nigerian movies. People were not in a mourning mood but were filled by the Holy Spirit – Alleluia!
The bastard was put to shame. He was spiritually packaged and caged till the close of service. He was confined and never showed up its ugly head again. He bowed for the Master and King of all Rincipalities and Power – Jesus Christ.
He is the “Ekwueme of our time. The talk and do God. The Only Ebenezer in the Universe. The Reliable and unchangeable God”.
Because the people of God believed and trusted in their God, every aspect of the service became awesome and rewarding.
And the covenant that the service will not hold was broken and God gave His children victory. Many instantly, got answers as their foundational curses were reversed back to sender.
The Intercessory prayer points were anchored by Pst David Ibeh who drew his message from, Isaiah 54:17 and Galatians 3:13, praying “Father, I thank You for redeeming me from every curse through the blood of Jesus, I cancel every spoken, written, or generational curse assigned against my life and family and I plead the blood of Jesus over my name, my home, and my future—no curse can survive it”.
He prayed according to Matthew 16:18 saying “Father, we thank You for Your covering over the church and for redeeming us from every curse, and we cancel every curse of division, stagnation, and spiritual dryness in the church”.
He rounded up his prayers with 2 Chronicles 7:14, saying “Father, we thank You for Your mercy and sovereignty over our nation and state, we cancel every curse of corruption, violence, and poverty affecting our land and finally, Let every evil altar speaking curses over our nation be silenced and destroyed by fire”.
It was a power packed session. The grace of God filled the air thereafter and His Presence manifested in Glory.
The testimonies were glorifying and pleasing to God. The thirty minutes worship was spiritual and powerful in God’s kingdom.
The ARENA Echo International choir was not left out as she rendered her Special No “I will surely end in praise”. It was a unique presentation.
Glory! Glory!! Glory!!!And the hour came for the Guest Speaker to present the Word and the devil struck. Thank God, power jam power. The Son of the Prophet Victor Onen was in charge and absolutely in control. He was fully prepared for any nonsense action from the demonic kingdom. And so, he was not perturbed. Shamefully, the devil flee into the oblivion.
He began to appreciate God for his mercies upon our lives and for his promises upon our lives. He described him as the true God who never fails nor lies. He is a reliable and unchangeable God any day and anytime – Alleluia!
He declared that “as you have come to worship with us today, the Lord will fight for you. That curse shall not stand in Jesus Name Amen”.
Prophet Onen says “CURSES don’t just happen without a CAUSE. And when there is a curse provoked by a cause, you suffer the effect of that curse. Don’t be deceived to think curses are not real, but they don’t come without a cause. If you see someone under a curse, there is a cause that brought the curse. Sometimes, people just want to break with the curse without settling the cause, thus, they face difficulties”.
He says “a curse with a cause shall stand, but a causeless curse shall not stand. This implies that when there is no cause, there can’t be a curse, even if someone curses you without a cause, it shall not stand”.
Furthermore, the scripture says: “As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come. Proverbs 26:2″/Nus 22:25 till end/Nus 23:8-20. He began to sing “am a voice am a noise”. Today the Lord will cancel every curse in your life Amen.
“There are some of you who have hurt people and went away, not knowing that what you did has become a cause for a curse to come upon you. There are people carrying heavy curses that are afflicting their destiny and family because of the wickedness they did to people. Such curse is a curse with a cause.”
For instance, “as a lady you married a man (an only son) from a family and turned his heart from his widowed mother with the allegation that she is a witch, and her son refused to help her, you are already attracting a curse. There are people who have cheated people, stolen from people, hurt people and so on, such can be a cause for a curse”.
“There are certain signs you see in dreams when there is a curse upon you: You often see yourself being chased by dogs in dreams, you see yourself often bed wet in dreams and when you wake up you find out you bed wet in reality, when you often see yourself picking and eating dirty strange things in dreams, when you often see yourself falling from a place and after you wake up you already fell from your bed, when you see yourself running in darkness and fear in dreams, when you often see grave yard and caskets in dreams, you are cursed with the spirit of death, and so on”.
“Amazingly, many people seem to be in Christ but are still experiencing the effect and pattern of curses upon their lives because they have not dealt with the cause for that curse”.
He, therefore, prophesied that “every curse with cause tormenting your life is broken by fire in Jesus Mighty Name”.
Prophet Onen had offered prayers against any form of curse, against barreness and every curse on our heads before switching onto the main ministration. It was powerful and amazing. The Lord showed up Mightily. He sorted out victims accordingly as the spirit of God moves him round the hall.
There were healing, blessings and prophecies upon the congregation. Despite the generator disappointment, the service was extraordinary and very special. The presence of the Lord was enormous and powerful during the service.
The grace of the Father was upon the Son and he did exceedingly great. The Holy Spirit was in total control.
First timers were duly welcomed and prayed for.
The highlight of the service was the celebration of our Daddy’s birthday with the cutting of Cake by some Elders. Our Papa had gone for evangelical mission outside Calabar.
