From the beginning of creation, the Word of God has never failed. It may surely tarry, but it must come to pass.
John 1:1 says “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”.
Isaiah 43:18-19 states “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old.Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.”
The theme of the Communion Service is “A New Dawn”. As it has always been, man is a difficult being when it comes to the issue of faith given the current economic situation in the country.
“Times are really hard. There is hardship every where you go. But one thing certain is that difficult times never ceases. It must come, but the truth is that “only those whose faith and trust on God is strong shall survive it”.
“The situation is worse, day after day. But there is always a way out and that is the word of God. The word of God is the possible solution. The word had said “seek ye first the Kingdom of God and every other thing shall be added onto you”.
The Word of God, has stood the test of time and shall continue to be so. Jesus is the light. He is the way. Darkness and light cannot comprehend. A new dawn is the light in our lives and we shall not go back to our old past. The resurrection of Jesus Christ has brought light to humanity.
“Some came believing that it is a new dawn for them, while some came with doubts, but confirmed His word in their lives as he showed them light by restoring all they have lost in the past – Alleluia!”
He is merciful and compassion. He has never forsaken His own. There were enough mercy in the service and there were testimonies.
The Communion Service was a unique experience. The Servant of God Prophet Sunday Obi, God’s own general, never stressed himself. He was in control.
As many cases that came up, the spirit of God gave him direction and it was a thing of the past, glory.
The service was indeed an amazing experience as Evang Nengi Iwa Obeten, anchored the Intercessory prayer points to the glory of God.
She prays for the spirit of humility and forgiveness in our hearts as children of God, giving appreciation for He is Abba Father, Alpha and Omega, King of Kings and Our Messiah.
Evang Nengi prayed that God should show us mercy, (Isa 43:18-19), Isa. 60:1, she prayed according to 2Cor 5:12, prayed for a new dawn in our marriage, household, business and children, she prayed for a new heart, prayed for the restoration of all that have been stolen, prayed for restoration, recovery and appreciation to God Almighty.
She anchored her prayers via Ezek 36:26/Jer 29:11/Joel 2:25/Lk 1:28-29 and Isa 60:1-6 respectfully.
Before worship time, God’s own general Prophet Sunday Obi, had narrated a dream where he saw himself and five others were raptured.
Said he, “I saw transformation. He said, you have to get set for you don’t know when the Lord shall come to take his people away.”
“This is a silent moment when we should ask our God question, what is your weak points in life. Is it anger, unforgiveness, jealousy, envy and blackmail? Para venture, he comes, where will you go. Let your heart be circumcised.”
Thereafter, the congregation worshipped for over thirty minutes appreciating the Almighty God for a new dawn in their lives – Alleluia!.
Oh! What a joyful moment to be in the presence of God. The Spirit of God was manifest in glory throughout the session and beyond.
The giant of Africa, Prophet Sunday Obi, humbly introduced the Guest Speaker, Pst Mrs. Phil Adams to present the Word with the theme “A New Dawn “.
She took her message from Isa 43:18-19. Defining Dawn, she says it is a start of a new day when light appears. It brings change both spiritual and physical.
It is an experience of strange acts and works of God as recorded in 2Cor 3:18/Psa. 84:7/Isa 42:7-9/28:21-22.
The likes of Abraham, Jacob, the both of Jesus Christ and the woman with the issue of blood, were few examples of turning points. See G.12:1-3/Exd 14:13/G 35;10-11/Matt 9:20.
Pst. Adams says in the past, there was famine and lack of money and today, we are experiencing the same thing in most part of the World. There are famine, inflation and climate change.
“Today, light has come. As children of God, we are exempted because our case is different. You fear the Lord, therefore you are exempted from the gross darkness that covers the people – (Mal 4:1-3)”.
“As ambassadors of Christ on earth, tough times will not consume us. We cannot compromise God’s standard with the world standard.”
She admonished us to take cover under the covenant of God as recorded in (Mal 4:1-4/ Deut 28:1-2/Psa 39:1-5.
God’s promises never fails. His word stands forever. Have faith and be hopeful. Believe that with Him all things are possible and your change will come (Isa 40:8/41:18-19.
“Today is that day of visitation from the Lord – Lk 1:78-79. It is the dawning of a new day for a better life and hope this a change for happiness and improvement”.
For us to remain in our new dawn, we need to be born again (2Cor 5:17) have faith (Heb 11:6) fear God (Psa 25;14) study the word of God (2tim 2:18) be expectant ( Jer 29:11) and maintain a quiet spirit G32:24-30).
The sermon was very powerful and rewarding.
The Prophet thereafter went into ministration as he fetches many out for healing, deliverance and prophetic messages.
So many got their instant healing during the Communion Service.
And the corporate prayers were anchored by Pst. Mrs Rita Kelvin Okang to the glory of God.
She prayed against darkness, prayed for light to shine in our lives, for restoration in our lives, prayed for Divine settlement and that today a new dawn has come in our lives in Jesus Name Amen.
Tarry Night comes up on June 28, 2024. There shall be no service in the morning. Invite your friends and family members.
The Communion Service truly was awesome and marvelous. There were signs and wonders. Jesus Christ was manifest in glory.
