Hogis Group creates another milestone, …..opens third Hospitality outfit in Calabar

As His Excellency, the Governor of Cross River state, Apostle Sen Bassey Edet Otu, continues to create conducive business environment, business men and women have started reaping into the golden opportunities to invest in the state.


Recalled that the People’s First mantra governor had promised a business friendly environment to any one wishing to invest in the state.


Recently the government open invitation attracted many business tycoons into the state with different kinds of legitimate business ideas to partner with the state government.


Commissioning the multi-million Naira edifice, Gov Otu, who was represented by his Chief of Staff, Hon. (Dr.) Emmanuel Ironbar, commended the commitment and consistency Dr. Ukweh and his group has shown in doing business in Cross River state.


Otu praised the contributions of non indigenes in investing in the state with all their hearts and urged them to continue while government is putting everything in order to secure their huge investments.

Earlier, the Special Adviser to the governor on Non Indigenes Affairs Mazi Hon.Okey Maduekwe had congratulated and appreciated the Chairman of Hogis Group, Okenwa, (Dr) Ikechukwu Ukweh for his excellent impact in Health and Hospitality business in Cross River state.


According to him, “the Non Indigenes are very proud of your achievements. I sincerely recognize and commends your encouragement and moves in attracting other Non Indigenous investors to the State.


He praised Hogis Group for complementing Cross River state government’s developmental strides.
Maduekwe lauded the People’s First Governor, His Excellency Apostle Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu for providing the enabling environment to attract investors into the state.


The event attracted dignitaries from far and near. Among them are the Chairman of Hoteliers Union, Mr Charles Ogar, the President General of Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo Cross River State Hon Chief Ambrose Peterson Egwuonwu, Zonal Manager of Zenith Bank Mrs Asuquo, Group Chairman of Bestmark Construction, Chief (Sir) Kenneth Okpalaeke, Chairman and members of Orlu Zonal Meeting.
