Former Cross River State Commissioner for Education, Prof Offiong E. Offiong, has emerged as the 12th Vice Chancellor of University of Calabar.
Offiong was confirmed by the 14th Governing Council led by DIG Udom Ekpoudom, after a thorough selection processes was duly followed.
