There is no short cut to Christian life. It is either you are serious and committed to the things of God, serving Him in Truth and in Spirit or you do not serve Him at all.

Hear this, the Lord had made pronouncement of over 5000 promises for His people, I mean those who want to follow him and walk in His ways before creation. And those divine promises are there for us to receive when we work on the path of righteousness.

The theme says “The Books Of Remembrance Is Open” and the question is where will you be? What will be your role when the books are opened? Will you be among those to receive the divine blessings?

Christians have allowed the current situation in the world to determine how they serve God. There is no sincerity of purpose again as far as the things of God are concerned. There is no consistency or commitment amongst believers.

This ugly scenario is a sign of the end time. Jesus Christ came to change the narrative from bad to good but the worldly conditions have caused many believers to derail.

Fortunately, in the days of old, there were records of many that walked in the ways of the Lord.
Esther, Ruth, the three Hebrew brothers, Mordecai and Joseph as it were. Their relationship and commitment to God showed good records and their divine reward were enormous.

Usually, records are kept for rewards and judgement. It is God’s active acknowledgement of those who have been faithful.

In today’s service, God in His infinite mercies released and opened the Books of Remembrance to those whose relationship with Him proved faithful and righteous.

Prophet Sunday Enu Obi had less stress during ministration because the theme speaks for itself with spiritual understanding. He had earlier danced round the choir stand to acknowledge His Master Jesus Christ.

The Intercessory prayer points were anchored by the Resident Pastor Prophet Victor Onen to the glory of God.

He prayed according to Psalms 77:11, saying “My Father, arise! Open your Book of Remembrance and remember me for good in the name of Jesus, In the valley of forgetfulness that the enemy has put me, O God, draw me out by your mercy, in the name of Jesus, O Book of Remembrance, assigned for my uncommon breakthroughs, OPEN BY FIRE! in the Name of Jesus, and O Book of Remembrance, assigned for my uncommon blessings, OPEN BY FIRE! in the name of Jesus”.

He prayed “My Book of Honour, OPEN BY FIRE, in the name of Jesus, My Father, if I am walking opposite to Your agenda, STOP me by fire in the name of Jesus, Father, I thank You because You always remember Your covenants of Grace, Mercy and Favour and The Lord who changeth times and season; I beseech You to launch me into a season of divine remembrance in the name of Jesus”.

Furthermore, he prayed “OH Lord Let the wind of Your Glory blow to my direction in the name of Jesus, every power making miracles to slip out of my hand die in the name of Jesus, Father, attend to my cry and remember me for good today because my case is urgent in the name of Jesus, Father, when You remembered Hannah, her story changed. Remember me for good and let my story change in the name of Jesus and “O Lord, when You remembered Rachel her womb was opened, remember me today and open up the womb of my miracles in the name of Jesus”.

It was a great moment. The spirit of God manifested and there was light in the tunnel during the service.

The period of great reverence came. Time to reflect on the theme. Time to connect with God. Time to ask for repentance and forgiveness. The thirty minutes worship…. It was an amazing session. Glory be to God!

Their testimonies were were glorifying and pleasing to God.

Ultimately, ARENA Echo International Choir was at her best as she rendered a Special No. “Blessed the Lord, Son of David”.

Before the Word, Prophet Sunday Enu Obi began to sing praises to God. “I am a voice and not a noise”. He is God and not a man. Jesus we are here for you.

Thereafter, the General Overseer Prophet Sunday Enu Obi ushered in the guest speaker Min. Mrs Loveth Eban to the Pulpit to present her message.

Min. Eban started by appreciating God for the opportunity given to her to profess the Word to the congregation. She took her main Bible text from 2kgs 20:1-3.

“2 Kings 20:1-3
[1] In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, went to him and said to him, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Set your house in order, for you shall die, and not live.’ ”
[2] Then he turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the Lord, saying,
[3] “Remember now, O Lord, I pray, how I have walked before You in truth and with a loyal heart, and have done what was good in Your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.”

“A book of remembrance is a record kept by God containing the names and actions of those who honour Him”, she says.

She reeled out some Key principles to access the book of remembrance from God. These include, Reverence for God, calling on His Name, valuing His character, have faith and good relationship with God, learn to love God and His works and be consistent and not perfection. There is no perfection in man in the eyes of God.

What happens when Books are opened – Dan. 7:10/Rev.20:12 – a record of every life is revealed. Nothing is hidden before God. There must be judgement according to our deeds, the book of life will be opened too. This indicates that you are saved while those whose names did not appear shall be separated from the kingdom of God.

Finally, she says, “there must be accountability. This represents the end of human history as we know it. God on this final day will judge us either righteous or otherwise. There shall be a reward for our faithfulness.”

“When the books are opened this justifies God’s final judgement based on your relationship with Him.” Are you among the names in the books?

To support her message read the following Bible verses: Mal.3:16-17/Exd 32:32-33/Dan.12:1/Rev 20:12 respectively. It was a powerful message.

Emphasising further, the Prophet asked “who is a righteous man or who is a sinner?” After preaching Christ to the world are you doing his Will? When Christ comes where will you be? Some of us run away when our books are about to open. We are the cause of our problem. Every true child of God must have a reward. It comes at the time of the Lord. Today the books of remembrance must open for somebody in Jesus Name Amen.

David was picked from the bush and made a King, the story of Modicah, Esther, Joseph and Ruth cannot be over emphasised. He referenced 1 Sam.5/ Esther 8:/Dan 6 and Gen 41 to buttress his message. Today God will cause something to happen for us to be remembered in Jesus Name Amen. Today somebody will misbehave for your sake” – Amen!

“When the trumpet sounds where will you be? Be at alert because Jesus is coming!”

The seven points prayer took place before ministration by Our Daddy Prophet Sunday Enu Obi. The Resident Pastor Prophet Victor Onen was in charge. He prayed God to open our Books of Remembrance and change our stories, the story of our children, marriage, career and finances, open my womb like that of Rachel, Oh Lord as you did to Mordecai do also to our lives, compensate us for our good works, remember us with favour, celebration and power and prayed for God’s mercy and forgiveness.

The ministration was divine and powerful. The Prophet delivered as many that were sorted out during the service. God showed up Mightily during this period.

He also released open books on finance, thrown stones against our enemies and healing to those who are sick during the service. It was powerful, rich and rewarding.
