The Friday Service with the theme “Breaking The Yoke Of Marital Stagnation” was uncommon as usual, given His manifest Presence as the Supernatural, the Mighty Man in Battle, The Magnificent God and the Alpha and Omega.
It could not have been anything less than the charged atmosphere with the presence of God Himself and the entire Angels in Arena. It was a show of power and the spirit of God. There were miracles, healing, deliverance and blessings of different dimensions.

Every Friday’s Service has its own peculiarity, pattern of direction by the Holy Spirit. One thing that is sure, is that the Prophet in the house would always obey the instructions of His Master Jesus Christ. He doesn’t just wake up and begin to function. No, he seeks His direction and hears which way to follow. Prophet Sunday Obi, God’s own general, is a humble Servant of God.
He is a faithful God. He is too faithful to fail you. He doesn’t share His glory with anyone. Just trust and believe in Him and He will do that which He promised to do. That is the nature of Our God – Alleluia!
The Intercessory prayer session was extra-ordinary as the Minister of God with vast experience in the Scripture anchored the prayers accordingly. Pastor Thompson Ubong, referenced (G.2:18) saying disobedience is the cause of broken marriages.
“And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.– Genesis 2:18”.
He gave thanks to God for His faithfulness in our marriages and lives. Today that burden in our marriage will be broken, I command it to be broken in Jesus Name Amen, Oh Lord my God, this m, having noticed the load that I am carrying I need your help to break them, take off the heavy load out my shoulder in Jesus Name Amen.

“Take away every yoke my enemy has put on my neck that has brought different kinds of stagnation in my life, take off every curse hanging over my neck as a result of ancestral curses as I command them loose, have mercy my life if I have spoken evil against any one unknowingly or against any servant of God “.
He prayed that we shall enjoy our marriages and the yoke of marriage stagnation is broken today, Amen and Amen. Read: Isa 1:19/2Chro. 20:20/Matt 18:18/G.27:40 etc.
The Word was handled by the General Overseer Prophet Sunday Obi himself to the glory of God.
He says that marriage is a blessing because it started in Heaven in the “Garden of Eden”.It is an institution blessed by God as recorded in Ge.2: 24 in the Bible.
It is a union of two people living together as husband and wife. Greed is cause of many broken marriages. Lack of satisfaction and understanding in marriages leads to divorce.

Most marriages are destroyed or being challenged by the devil. There must be an understanding between the husband and wife. Common sense must be applied in marriage. Seek and ask God before venturing into marriage. There is always a price to pay in marriage. Adam paid a price with his ribs. Don’t feel inferior. Marriage is not a destiny.
“Marriage is endurance and not enjoyment so to say. It is better to marry the right person than to regret afterwards. There is no old age in marriage. It is all about love in the mind. Let the will of God prevail in your marriage. Shine your eyes in marriage. When the appointed time comes, you will get your life partner”.
“All that glitters is not gold. The container may be gold, but inside is Vine. Your tomorrow is in God’s hands. Don’t rush to get married. Ego and pride destroys marriage. There must be obedience, respect and trust in marriage. Don’t look down on your partner no matter the situation. Today you may be nobody, but tomorrow God will make you somebody “.
“Don’t sacrifice your future because of pressure. Don’t destroy your future because of today. Learn to maintain your virginity.”
Read the following Bible verses, Eph. 5:32-33/G.2:18/2:21-24/Matt.19:4-6/1pt.3:2/Eccl 4:9-10/Eph 5:25/Ps. 128:3/Mk 10:9.

There was an interlude of praise and worship as the congregation danced their sorrows away. They dropped their burden with Jesus and danced and worshipped Him in Truth and Spirit. And He came down and wiped away their tears and filled their hearts with joy.
The atmosphere was ever hotter than other Friday’s. His grace abound. His mercy endureth forever. That was God, Jesus in Action. There were healing, deliverance, blessings and prophetic messages. Yokes of stagnation in marriages were broken with ease. There was no stress upon the Servant of God. The story and journeys were made easy by His Grace – Alleluia!.
Before the corporate prayers, the Prophet had called for the sowing of seeds envelopes, marriage prayer requests and prayed over them against further stagnation. He prayed that their seeds shall speak for them in Jesus Name Amen.
“Oh Lord my God, I shall continue to lean on Christ Jesus, and anyone who says it shall not be well with me, I crush them in the name of Jesus, every power speaking against me and my marriage, let the thunder of God visit and destroy them, wherever they have gathered, let confusion be their portion in Jesus Name Amen, every curse against our families, as I clap my hands let the anger of God destroy them and so on and so forth”.

Friday’s Service was awesome, focused, spiritual and inspirational to the glory of God.
God Himself proved to so many people that He is God. They saw, they marvelled and they believed that Jesus is Lord. It was indeed a splendor and glorifying Service with extra-ordinary power from above. Alleluia! Alleluia!! Alleluia!!!
Testimonies were heart-to-heart. They were touchy and spiritual.
The 2nd Tarry Night comes up on June 30, 2023.
