The theme of Friday’s Service is “I am a destiny child in Christ Jesus”. It was a very unique theme because of the importance of destiny and all that is associated with it. Destiny has to do with “the potential” of a person who has a great future, which the devil had seen and decides to cut it off abruptly without recourse to the Creator of Heaven and Earth.
Usually, his antics are classified as “disobedience” or “as an insult” before God.
But the GoodNews is that “who is he that says a thing and it stands when the Lord has not said so”. This motion by many unbelievers is complete “error” in its totality.
Jer. 1:5 says “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations”.
Therefore, “because He lives I can face tomorrow, Because He is the Lord that changeth not and because He never lie, He is the answer, solution, protector of our lives”, challenges are bound to come but are not permitted to stay with us for too long. Alleluia!.”
His grace is with us His Children and our destiny is in His hands. We are destiny children in Christ Jesus. We are saved, comforted, shield and provided for by His Grace and the wisdom of God.
The coming of our Lord Jesus Christ is intentional, to save us, to give us hope and salvation in eternity.
And in Joel 2:25 says “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you”.
This Bible verse was a typical experience during Friday’s Service. He came right in time and He restored all that were lost over years to them that believed in Him, Glory! Glory!!
The Man of God, Apostle Ubong Thompson had earlier raises a number of prayer points during the Intercessory prayer session.
He prayed that “God should be the one to design our Destines, thanked God for all our destinies, prayed for the mercy of God in our lives, that God should allow our destinies to manifest in our live, and that our lives should be justified and let God’s glory reign in our lives.”
He prayed”against the exchange of destiny and that let the fire of God set those involved ablaze, prayed God to frustrate whosoever attempt to toy with our destiny, against the devices of the wicked ones, against every enchantment over our destiny, prayed for an expected end and manifestation of destinies and finally, he allowed individuals to make their personal supplications to their God, among others.”

Remarkably, the Service was loaded and too hot for the evil ones to contend with. They were powerless, even when the Prophet in the House, the Giant of Africa and God’s own general, Prophet Sunday Obi openly challenged them, they could not operate as the power of God overwhelmed them.
The Service took another dimension as people’s files begin to open before the Word. This was amazing and in tune with the theme of the service. He began too early to show them mercy. God immediately honoured His Word in the lives of His children, as He restored very many shattered destines.
For this service in particular, God Himself broke the protocol and the Prophet obeyed His instructions and handled those that were sorted out and liberated them accordingly.
He had dedicated a set of microphone which the Choir donated to mark the one year of the new leadership in choir. The sang “Ekwueme” to celebrate with the congregation. He released blessings and breakthrough upon their lives.
Before ushering in the guest speaker to deliver the Word, Prophet Sunday Obi, God’s own general, had requested the choir to give songs for the congregation to dance for God, the Alpha and Omega in appreciation of what He has done and what He will do in our lives on daily basis.
With humility and deligence, Prophet Sunday Obi introduced the Guest Speaker, Apostle Agnes Arop, the daughter of Zion with grace on to the Pulpit.
Starting with Thanksgiving, she says “as a destiny child, your expectations shall be fulfilled today in Jesus Name Amen.
“Your destiny is in His hands. Wait upon the Lord. You need to pray. Destiny is our inheritance. Today, God will release your destiny. The enemy always fights the people with great potential”.
She described “destiny as a predermined course that is beyond your power or control. As long as you live, you have a destiny to attain. Your destiny and my destiny rests upon the power of God Almighty.”
“Everyone created by God has a destiny. This can only be possible when you accept Him Jesus as our Lord and Saviour.”
Continuing, Arop says, “until you identify and work in the consciousness of who you are, you can not attain the desired height in life”.
“Redemption makes a believer a child of destiny. Vision is the spiritual access to our glorious destiny. He had planned your life before birth, and He knows exactly what will happen and when it will happen”.
Be steadfast, “there is always abn appointed time for destines according to the Book of Life. You need faith for it to manifest in your life as the Lord’s time is perfect”.
“Just believe and trust in Him, for He will restore unto you and heal you of thy wound saith the Lord. Fear not for I am with you. I am God. I will strengthen you and help you “- Alleluia!!
“Esther, Joseph and Moses were good examples of destiny children as recorded in the Holy Book. Today, God will strengthen you and open your files in Jesus Name Amen”.
The following Bible verses could be of immense help. Jer. 30:4-7/Psa 127:3/105:19/Rom 8:28-29/Eph. 1:5-6.
Speaking on the same topic, God’s Servant, had cited himself as a destiny child because of his life experience as a growing child.
“As at age eight or there about, a child born without disability became lame and cannot not walk until God himself intervened. Glory”.
The issue is that some of us have not recognized that we are children of destiny. But today, the hidden potential shall be discovered and restored in Jesus Name Amen.
He made reference to Esther and Joseph who got married to a King while the latter became a Prime Minister in a strange land, all because of their potentials.
“Today No.11 Otu Ansa is that destiny Hall. A hall where all hopes are found. Everyone in Arena are destiny children. He is a miracle working God. Let the fire of God consume every nonsense in our lives in Jesus Name Amen.”
He raised dangerous prayers against evil altars, evil father/mother that have tampered with our destinies in Jesus Name Amen, against altars of darkness, against any step mother/Father manipulating my destiny to die, against powers in my father’s/mother’s house frustrating my destiny from manifesting to catch fire and that the ground should vomit whatever that is speaking against my destiny etc”.
He had earlier prayed for the ARENA Echo International choir and released blessings upon their lives.
There were several healing, deliverance, blessings and prophetic messages in the lives of believers during the service. His grace was sufficient upon his life. He listened, heard and performed His Master’s instructions. He gives glory to Jesus, the Master of the Universe.
He gave the following Bible verses, for further study. G.41:40-45/ Esth 2:15-22/1Sam.1:27-28.
Yes, the God of ARENA is alive and able. He gave the Servant of God extra grace to stand from 9 am till 5pm penultimate Friday service. It is the Lord’s doing. Glory!.
