8000 Youths To Benefit From Ayade’s Job Creation Programme in C/River

To cushion the effect of the COVID-19, the Cross River State governor  Senator Ben Ayade, has said  that his administration is to offer jobs to Eight thousand youths in the state. 

He disclosed this in Calabar while  speaking at the flag off ceremony of the COVID 19, relief materials to vulnerable families in Calabar

Ayade  said d that with job opportunities youths in the state can afford to be taking home about the sum of N30,000 as monthly stipends.
According to him,  the creation of jobs is one of the palliatives created by his administration which has a policy thrust of putting food on the table of every one residing in the state.

 Ayade urged all unemployed youths residing in the state to visit the U.J Esuene Sport station to register their names on a particular register or the Governor’s office for onward processing so that they can be enrolled into the state government job creation empowerment programme.

Ayade who addressed a crowd who came to witness the flag off of the state food distribution ceremony in “Pigin English”, said, ” if you no say you no get work go put your name for stadium, CROSPIL or Holga offices before Tuesday for Garner, nurse or anything if you know say your situation bad.”Eight thousand youths will be employed for one day on Tuesday. Those ending high in my administration will their money go reduced.
He maintained that the job opportunity is not only meant for indigenes of the state but for every one who resides in Cross River State irrespective of his state of origin.

” I will create opportunity for all as humanity knows no color, race, religion or language.”As you leave here go straight to the Governor’s office and write your name down for the 8000 jobs.

“Eee go better make plenty  people  dey collect N30, N30 than for one month  than make  one person dey collect four hundred thousand naira on monthly basis alone” Ayade stressed.

He said that with creation of  job opportunities the number of young people getting involved in Crimea would be drastically reduced.

He said that his administration will do everything humanly to protect citizens if the state from getting infected with COVID 19.The Governor emphasized on the used of nose/face mask as a way to prevent transmission of COVID 19 from any carrier to the other.

He said that he prefers nose masks produced by the Calabar garment factory which to him,were authentic nose masks to be were preferable.
