They Praised His Name And Danced To Victory – Amen!

By: Phil Adams/Vitalis Ugoh, Calabar

“I will praise Him, I will praise Him, I will praise Him forever more”.

“Let the living praise the Lord, let the living praise the Lord”.

“Praise Master Jesus – Alleluia!”

“Shouts of joy, victory and overcomers reigned the air, penultimate Friday service in God’s Arena Of Liberty (GOAL) aka “Enough is Enough”. The theme is The Power of Praise And Thanksgiving” – Alleluia!.

Actually, the congregation saw the power of God in action as they praised His Name in ARENA – Glory.

Really, it was a service to be remembered because, there was no further prayers after the Intercessory prayer points, but rather Praise And Thanksgiving all the way. Enough dancing, shouting and lifting up His Holy Name high.

The Servant of God, Prophet Sunday Obi, God’s own general, was in the spirit as he demonstrated it when he changed his position of prayers to the choir stand. This session was being assigned to a “baby girl” in the choir doing “praise and worship”.It was glorious, it was spiritually connected, it was melodious. It was indeed marvellous. It was healing, it brought back hope.”

“Him alone art worthy to be praised”. The God of ARENA came down while she was ministering through the praise and worship.”

This stanza was great and mighty in His Sight. His presence manifested in glory to acknowledge all our praise and Thanksgiving. Thereafter, the Holy Spirit took control through the Intercessory prayer points.

The Mother of the Commission, Mama Sarah Abraham was spiritually connected and led the congregation to a number of prayer points.

Citing Psa. 23, she prayed for the grace of God in our lives, she prayed for celebration in our families in the beginning of the ember months, that all prophesies in our lives must be released in Jesus Name Amen and that whatever represents the Wall of Jericho in our lives be scattered by fire.

“Wherever they have taken our images for enchantment, let the fire of God consume them, let someone die for correction for my sake so that I will live, that there shall be no mercy for the wicked. They must die by fire, prayed against agents of darkness fighting Arena not to grow to go down and let the God of ARENA judge them – Amen”

God’s own general, Prophet Sunday Obi, before ushering the guest speaker Eld. Pst. Samuel Esege into the Pulpit says “praises provokes healing in our lives”.

He took his text from 2Chro. 29:10-35 how King David saw God through praise and Thanksgiving from his heart. He was determined and focussed when it comes to praising his God, hence he became a man so close to God 1Sam 13:14″.

During his reign, King David engaged teams of musicians, singers, trumpeters, cymbalists and worshippers to be praising God 24 hours. This took them eight hours per interval.

And it came to pass, “all his descendants took after their father and praised and worshipped their God too.

Also, Jehoshaphat in 2Chto.20:10-35, was challenged by three Kings, he invited singers to praise God and he over ran his enemies, glory!.

He enjoined Ministers of God to learn how to praise and worship God according to Psa.103:20-21/Psa 22:23″.

King Hezekiah in 2Chri. 29:34 says “But the priests were too few, so that they could not flay all the burnt offerings: wherefore their brethren the Levites did help them, till the work was ended, and until the other priests had sanctified themselves: for the Levites were more upright in heart to sanctify themselves than the priests.”

The Israelites after the defeat of the Egyptians at the Red Sea, praise God Exd 15:1-19 “Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the Lord, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the Lord, for he hath triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.”

Should we talk about the praises of Hannah, a mother of seven children and a Prophet’s child. Deborah’s praise led the way for the Israelites. Judges 5.

2Sam. 22:1 “And David spake unto the Lord the words of this song in the day that the Lord had delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul”.

He admonished worshippers to learn how to give because it helps in opening doors. If you give to a man of God, you are giving to God indirectly.

Praise and Thanksgiving makes a way for believers. Whatever you give is for God and for Prophet Sunday Obi. Because you give, today something great shall come your way – Amen!

God honours the praises of His people always. He is Holy. Follow the way of the Lord. Ask for His spirit of God. If you do, you shall see Jesus someday, sometime in the sky.

For further study read the following Bible verses Psa.22:23/28:6-7/Lk11:41-45/1Chro.23:30/Heb 13:15/Acts16:25/2Sam.22:1-2/1Chro.16:31-34.

The Servant of God, Prophet Sunday Obi, ministering with reference to Psa. 92:12-15 says “The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon”.

He began to exalt His Name above every other name as the congregation joined…

Obi prayed against those harvesting “male/female organs ” in Calabar and proclaimed that today marks the end of those involved. He prayed God to punish and judge them accordingly.

He also prayed for the nation Nigeria against “Military Coup”.

The Prophet had earlier declared the service as praise and Thanksgiving service. The Arena Echo International choir took over the stage and began to blast praise and worship songs to the glory of God. It actually turned into victory and celebration.

His presence had greatly and mightily manifested even in the early hours of the service because of praises in His Name. As usual, He came Down from Above and honoured His Word.

Those who keyed into the theme got their healing, deliverance, blessings and prophetic messages according to their faith

Prophet Obi condemned the attitude of believers when it comes to sowing a painful Seed to God. Sowing of Seed is Divine and spiritual. The Walls of Jericho can collapse because of the seed you sowed. God can ambush your enemies because of your seeds.- Alleluia!  He is not a man. “Who that does not know Him, calls Him a Small Boy” Error. He is Big and Mighty God. He reigns and lives Forever”.

It was another glorious service. He is a faithful God. He remains a faithful God. Until the end of time, He will Reign Forever.

And they came in their numbers, received healing, deliverance, blessings and gave thanks to God. Their praises led them to victory – Alleluia!
