God Renewed His Everlasting Covenant As They Partake In Communion Service

“Tough times never last, but tough people last”. In this context, it is those who have spiritual knowledge and eyes that usually overcome and become victorious.

In this perilous times, believers need to be more closer to their God, else the one that comes to kill, destroy and steal will always steal the joy and peace from you.

The devil has capitalized on the present economic situation to begin to turn believers against their God to the extent that they have refused to attend Church services or program as they ought to do.

Spiritually, the devil has painted a scenario that have made believers to begin to entertain fear, speak negatively, refuse to hear or speak the Word. The situation has deeply eaten up the belief of many Christians. But, they have forgotten the Covenant we have with God. That everlasting Covenant. The Covenant with the Blood of Jesus. The solution to all our human problems.

But today, the Lord is promising us that there is hope when you keep to the Covenant of God. Interestingly, the theme of the service is “Engaging In The Power Of Biblical Covenant”. The Servant of God, Prophet Sunday Obi, a man with abundant grace of God, has always gotten it right when it has to do with spiritual issues.

The theme is timely and apt so to say. We need to reconnect with God’s Covenant to be able to weather the seemingly “tough times ahead”.

But hear him, “there will be calamities, but our God will surely intervene at His own time. It is going to be over soonest, he prophesied – Alleluia!”

“People are dying of hunger. People are looting government warehouses nation wide, but this will not solve the problem. Obey the covenant you have with God, and leave the rest for Him. Jesus Christ is the problem solver.Run to Him. He is calling on you day and night for you may not know the hour He will come”.

He is calling you to come and partake in the Communion. The purpose of Communion is to “receive from Christ the nourishment, strength, hope and joy”. In today’s service there is a Biblical Covenant. It is an agreement between God and His people. His promised to his people will be fulfilled. However, this usually, required certain conduct from them like in the Old Testament where God made agreements with Noah, Abraham and Moses.

“Today, it is our turn to renew our Covenant with God in this service”.

The Intercessory prayer points was presented by Apostle Thompson Ubong, scripturally to the glory of God.

He thanked God for His Covenant with us and call on Him to establish us by the Covenant -Psa. 89:3, settle and establish our family, children, business as well as our career.

Psa. 89:34 says “My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips”, God let your Covenant with me not break, your Covenant is the power by Blood, wipe away sickness in my life, let the Blood, give us strength, power, mercy, restore all that have been stolen from my life -bzpsa. 132:11-12, take over my life and possess it, I refuse to be over thrown – Deut. 28:1.

“Let your Covenant find expression in my life Gal. 3:29/3:13, let it provide long life, healing and protection, let my covenant begin to manifest, God cannot lie, Her 15:20/Isa 59:19, I shall not die, my children shall not die, your Word is that Covenant Amen”

Read Psa. 58:3-4/59:34/132:11-12/Isa.55:11/Deut.28:1/Psa. 89:34 respectively.

Usually, the Servant of God, Prophet Sunday Obi is one person that doesn’t joke with worship songs. He has always led this segment as the Choir backs him up for over thirty minutes. It is an important segment of Friday’s Services. He always lead as the congregation key into the spirituality as the process continues.

The Arena Echo International choir rendered her special No tagged “Yea”. The congregation applauded their performance to the glory of God.

And the Prophet in his characteristics, ushered the woman of honour, Pst. Mrs. Rita Kelvin Okang to present the Word “Engaging The Power Of Biblical Covenant”.

While thanking God, she says “the “Covenant of Light is around, God of Covenant keeping is here in today’s service.

Referencing Exd 19: 5-6 “Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine. And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel”.

She says “you must keep and obey the covenant of God. Noah Abraham and Moses were good examples of the old who kept His Covenant.”

She says that the Covenant of God doesn’t not break except when we disobey God. His Word is the Covenant. He gave us enough through his word. We are in an everlasting Covenant. Your miracle is hinged in the Blood of Jesus. Communion is a covenant with God.

However, Sin is a reproach. Confess your sin and be free from God. You got to be baptized in Christ Jesus, study the Word, have Faith, learn to win souls for Christ.

Earlier, the giant of Africa, God’s own general, Prophet Sunday Obi, had prophised of imminent calamity in the country as well as in the state. He declared another round of worships and praises to seek God’s intervention. The congregation sang to the glory of God. When God reveals, the story changes -Alleluia!.

“Today, he declared that the stone that the builder rejected has become a cornerstone. There is a change of story. Covenant of Blood is around. There is power and might in the Blood”.

The Servant of God was spiritually on top of all the cases before him penultimate Friday. The presence of God was manifest. He healed, He blessed and He prophised to as many that had encounter with Jesus.
It was a service of many were called but only few were present and God visited them that obeyed and kept His Covenant.

It was thrilling, inspiring and awesome.
