The Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus Christ on the Cross of Calvary brought Divine Rescue to humanity. Without his Divine Death, there would have been no hope for man. Thank God, who is all knowing saw it long before creation. By so doing, he had put Satan into confusion. Hence, the devil has no place of a board. It wonders to and fro without a destination.
Matt: 27:28/Mk:15:16/Lk23:24 and Jh19:20. God saved humanity from sin and death through Jesus’ sacrifice and resurrection – Alleluia!
This played out on Friday’s Blood sprinkling service tagged “Divine Rescue”.
Our God showed His willingness to always intervene on issues that concerns those who have accepted Him as the Lord and Savior.
He is always ready to rescue and redeem His Own people anytime, any day irrespective of colour, race and tribe. But with a condition that you have repented genuinely.
God has continued to work on the lives of His people offering succour and rescue to the depressed and hope to the hopeless. He is still doing good as His Nature is. Oh what a wonderful Father!
The Blood sprinkling service offered a great opportunity for many to cleanse their sins and God was ready to forgive them.
And as many that gave their lives to Christ, got Divine Rescue during the service. The Servant of God, Prophet Sunday Obi, got it right each he chooses a theme.
His presence overwhelmed the powers of other principalities during the service. He was great. He showed love to his people and rescued them that were afflicted.
Earlier, the Intercessory prayer points were presented by Apostle Ubong Thompson according to the directions of the Holy Spirit.
He offered prayers onbehalf of our families via Col. 1:3, he prayed that God should deliver us from satanic altar – Isa. 49:25, prayed asking God to contend with those that contend with us – Isa. 60:2, prayed for healing in our homes – Rom10:6 and finally he prayed and condemned every handwriting against every member of our families as well as our marriages.
Apostle Ubong appreciated God for offering His children Divine Rescue especially during this perilous time.
The Giant of Africa and God’s own general, Prophet Sunday Obi, ever smiling Major Prophet of our time, had earlier danced round the choir stand to appreciate His Master Jesus Christ. This is very dear to the man of God. He loves doing so, especially during Friday’s Service.
Coming out from this segment, he is ever ready, filled with the spirit of God to do his Will. It is quite an experience. Thereafter, it is the time for thirty minutes worship, glorifying God in His Throne in heaven.
At beck and call, the Praise team assembles for the awesome outing. It is always an amazing experience with rejuvenated spirit. The environment is charged to receive the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His presence is felt gloriously. The gate of Heaven is open for blessings to pour out. Divine Rescue is available for those who have repented.
As usual, the Prophet ushered in the guest speaker, Elder Samuel Esege to present the Word.
He appreciated God for the opportunity given to him to speak on the Word tagged “Divine Rescue”.
Eld. Esege says Divine Rescue is for the Godly. Those who have given their lives to Christ. You must be Born again in the Word of God John.3:3-5.
“You must be obedient to the Word of God – G.12:1-3. Build an altar or Bethel to worship God. Serve the Lord with all your heart.”
He says, “it is the chosen that are to have Divine Rescue (G.18:16-20)”.
According to him, what caused the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah was sin. They were into homosexual and lesbianism and God got everything about them destroyed.
The only person saved was Lot and his family with exception of his wife who disobeyed God.
Eld. Esege cried out loud condemning some ministers of God who are into homosexual and lesbianism. These acts are against the word of God.
Citing (G.19:14-23) he says, we should shun the world and follow the way of the Lord.
He warned against sacrificing our glory to the things of the World that usually perish with wealth. God will not hide he will do to this world against his beloved (2pt 2:4-10/Rev.18:22-24/Dan 3:6-9).
Be admonished believers to be faithful to God because the ungodly will be destroyed. Shun homosexualism and lesbianism. It is a reproach. Study the word always. The God of Daniel is a supernatural God. Give your life to Jesus Christ and receive healing and divine rescue.
“You must be obedient to God. Divine Rescue is for believers who are born again.”
Emphasizing on the topic, Prophet Sunday Obi condemns those Ministers involved in same sex marriage. Are you a believer?
He however thanked those who attended the marriage Seminar and expressed dismay that only few members from ARENA attended. It was very rewarding. He says plans are underway for another marriage Seminar before the end of the year.
“Satan fights marriages more than anything else, he says”.
He declares “today the Lord Almighty will rescue you in Jesus Name Amen (Psa 17:13)”
The Lord led the Prophet alright as he enters the crowd to fetch those with afflictions. They were all rescue through His Divine Mercy.
The Prophet made so many prophecies and the congregation prayed for and against them. Tribal war after new yam festival, death of two prominent politicians in Nigeria, one from Cross River, fire outbreak, accident along Calabar/Itu road,
kidnapping along Oron waters, prayed that nothing happens in the Palace of Obong of Calabar, he prayed for the Nation over war, for Adamawa, Rivers states, for Deputy governor of Cross River, against accident along Maryslessor/Unical gate.
There was eight point corporate prayers as follows: prayed for victory and abundance, Divine Rescue,
Thanksgiving, contend with those who contend with us, take away shame from our homes, divine rescue is our portion and finally whosever that is engineering shame, must be shamed in Jesus Name Amen.
