The grace of God has always shown up during Communion Service. It has always been awesome and glorious. The God of ARENA has never sleep nor slumber. He is alive -Amen!
This is a vivid encounter in Friday’s Service. There were testimonies, joy and the glory of God amongst the congregation.
He had said that “He will never share His Glory with anyone”.
God has provided before hand, His statues or commands, saying “anyone that obeys His commands shall prosper, shall get the reward of righteousness.”
Deuteronomy 28:1-4 says,“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth.
And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:
“Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country and
“Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks”.
Psa, 37:4-6 continues thus:”Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.
He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your justice as the noonday”.
These Bible verses summarized the theme of the service “The Reward of Righteousness”.
The joy and happiness in the service was overwhelming and glorious. The congregation actually sustained the glory of God in their lives as they keyed into all the instructions/prophecies of the Prophet in the house – Amen.
“Hear this, Prophet Sunday Obi’s prophecies have never failed because he has never ascribed them to himself but rather to his Master “Jesus”.
And the service continues with the Intercessory prayer as presented by the upcoming Minister of God, Pst. David Ibe to the glory of God.
He began by appreciating God as well as giving him Thanksgiving. He prayed for ARENA to flourish via passionate worshippers to worship the Lord in spirit and truth, (Jhn4:23-24), prayed for believers to grow in their faith and be like you Lord (phil.1:6), prayed for the Prophet and his families( Psa 91:2-3).
He also prayed that God should grant him humility and grace to continue to do his will (Matt.5:3) prayed for the nation and our leaders(Amos 5:24), prayed for the economy just as promised in Deut. 28:1-4), prayed for individual protection and favour (Psa. 91:2) and prayed for good health and strength for ourselves and members of our families (Psa.103:1-5).
He also thanked God for hearing and granting our prayers.
As the grace of God flows in the service, God began to reveal certain things to the Prophet, but he could hold himself until the ministration period.
God’s own general Prophet Sunday Obi, the giant of Africa cannot do anything without “worship” period.And it was time for the thirty minutes worship and praise.
Thereafter, it was time for the Special No from ARENA Echo International choir as they sang “He Reigns”.
Prophet Sunday Obi, a man of God, who without bias, had produced over fifty Ministers of God in his Outreach and is still doing so. He had given them opportunity to serve God in their own little capacity.
For the records, in the past four years, the Prophet has not preached, but assigned his Ministers to speak the Word accordingly every Friday service.
And today, was another opportunity for Pst. Vitalis Ugoh to speak on the theme “The Reward of Righteousness”. He gave thanks to God Almighty.
Righteousness, he says is what gives us “right standing with God “. They are blessings, or consequences of living a righteous life, obeying God’s commands and following His Will”.
He took his text from the book of (Deut 28:1-4 and Psa. 37:4-6) to buttress his teaching.
“Righteousness has made us to conquer fear, anger, hatred and anything else in life that once held us back”.
The Reward of Righteousness brings spiritual Blessings, such as peace, joy, and Communion with God, mental prosperity: abundance, wealth and health, protection and safety: deliverance from harm, Divine guidance and honour and recognition: divine approval, respect from others”.
Key principles and include obedience to God’s commands (Deut.28:1-4) faithfulness and trust in God (Psa. 37:3-5) living according to God’s will (Roms 8:5-8) and seeking first the Kingdom of God (Matt 6:33).
Ugoh referenced the experiences of Abraham (Gen. 12:5-7/12:2-3/15:5/Gen15:9:21/17:1-14/12:2-3, 22:17-18/15:6/Roms 4:1-12)
Also, he recalled the experiences of David in the Bible, stating 1Sam.1:16:1-13/2Sam 5:1-12/2 Sam. 7:12-13/1kg 2::1-4/ and gave the account of Joseph as recorded in the Holy Bible. (Gen.41:37-57/42:6/45:4-15/50:20)Gen. 41:37-35/45:16-20/ Gen. 45:1-15/50:15-21 and HEB 11:22).
To access the reward of righteousness, we must “trust God’s plan and promises, obey His voice and guidance and seek His will and purpose”.
Above all, obedience to God leads to “unparalleled blessings, unshakable faith and unforgettable legacy”.
He urged believers to purge themselves of the spirit of unforgiveness to be able to have a good relationship with God (Isa 43:25/Matt 6:14-15).
“As you forgive, the word of God will be rich in your life -Amen”.
Prophet Obi had earlier, said reward of righteousness give joy and peace under the lives of believers. He cited Psa 55:11.
Benefits include, removing us from death and from our enemies as well as rescued us (Provb 11:29). Read 2Corth 5:21/provb18:29 etc.
Earlier, Pst Mrs. Juliana Tochukwu offered corporate prayers with the theme of the service appreciating God for answering our prayers. She prayed according to 1Cor.3:8, prayed for grace to do his will, help us to rejoice while waiting for our reward and restore the joy of my salvation”.

The highlight of the service was the dedication of Master Kingdom Onen during the service. It was full of testimonies as friends, family as well as well wishers celebrated with Prophet and Mrs. Victor Onen.
Prophet Sunday Obi himself anchored the dedication accordingly to the Will of God.
First timers were duly welcomed and prayed for.

Indeed, the Communion Service was very rewarding. The glory of God came down. They people got their healing, deliverance, blessings and prophetic messages.
It was a spirit packed service. Glory be to His Name alone – Amen.
