The theme of the end of month Thanksgiving service is “knowing God’s perfect timing”. When God has not said a thing, it can not stand. Because, His timing is perfect. It has never failed. It is non contestable both in the physical and spiritual realm
More importantly when you are covenanted with God as in the case of the Prophet of our generation, Prophet Sunday Obi, nothing dies in his hands. He has a covenant with God and will not die an untimely death – Amen!
He had repeatedly told us of his covenant with God and still yet the enemies still come to attack his health and his Ministry.

Surprisingly, the enemies have not discovered whom he is and how dear he is before God. Shame to the evil ones. They came too late. It is not yet the timing of God that Prophet should die. God forbid.
And, he cried out to God and He changed the worst situation for good and restored the joy of his salvation, restored his strength, restored his spiritual power. They tried to cause him paralipsis, but His God renewed his strength because the timing is faulty – Alleluia!
He wholeheartedly trusted in His God and his sovereignty and understanding that His plans unfold according to His Divine schedule.
Always, His plans is perfect and beyond human comprehension.
As he began to dance, his strength started to come back. He danced into the Choir stand and became stronger than ever before. Oh! What a great testimony.
The end of the month Thanksgiving service, actually answered its name. It was power packed. The demons tried to be stubborn but the power of God overwhelmed them.

By the mention of the Name Jesus, the demons bowed and set their victims free.
The service was unique by itself. There were testimonies, healing and deliverance during the Thanksgiving service – Amen.
The Intercessory prayer was handled by Minister Juliana Tochukwu as directed by the Holy Spirit – Amen!
She took her bearing from Psa.100:1-5 and gave thanks and appreciation to God Almighty seeking for His mercy in our lives to allow His perfect timing manifest in our lives, Lord I need my own miracle and the time to favour me is now, no man can hinder my timing in my life, let them be destroyed in Jesus Name Amen.
“Oh Lord my God, bless the works of my hands, in my children, marriage, career and my business”.
And she ended the prayers by praises to God Almighty – Amen!
This session saw the Prophet of our time, Prophet Sunday Obi raising a song saying “what shall you give in exchange for your soul” para venture rapture comes unexpectedly? An answer for another day.
The giant of Africa, Prophet Sunday Obi, as he is called by some demons, handed over the thirty minutes worship to Arena Echo International choir to deliver. He never toys with this period as he threw more light on how we can worship God. It is a significant moment that we should lay off our burdens to God and allow him to handle them.

The moment was awesome and glorious. There were joy and hope in the house as the congregation got satisfied with the presentation via worship songs – Amen!
Filled with the spirit of God, God’s own general Prophet Sunday Obi graciously ushered the guest speaker, Pst. Dominic Ephraim who spoke on the theme “knowing God’s perfect timing”.
He took his text from Eccl3:1-9/Provb 3:5-6, saying, “To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:
A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck what is planted;
A time to kill, And a time to heal; A time to break down, And a time to build up”.
He says “Knowing God’s perfect timing” is when we trust in God’s sovereignty and understanding that His plans unfold according to His divine schedule, which is perfect and beyond human comprehension”.

According to him, God’s timing is perfect Psa. 18:30, His ways are higher than ours Isa. 55:8-9, and He works everything for our good Roms 8:28.
God is Sovereign and is in control. He is purposeful as every event has a divine reason.God is precise as his timing is exact, not early or late. He is a patient who waits for the right moment above all he is providential always providing and guiding.
He cited Abraham and Sarah’s promised child (Genesis 18:10-14, 21:2-3),Joseph’s journey to Egypt (Genesis 45:5-8), Jesus’ birth and ministry (Galatians 4:4-5) and is back Paul’s conversion (Acts 9:1-31) amongst others.
Pst. Ephraim listed the benefits of Trusting God’s timing to include Peace amidst uncertainty, Faith growth through waiting, Clarity in decision-making, Avoidance of premature actions and Increased reliance on God.
For further Bible understanding read “Psa 31:15 – “My times are in Your hand.”Provbs 3:5-6 – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart.” Isa:40:31 – “Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.”2 Pet. 3:9 – “The Lord is not slow, but patient.”
Said he, Seek the face of the Lord always and he will surely deliver you in Jesus Name Amen. His perfect timing has never failed.
Prophet Sunday Obi had earlier thrown more light on the theme saying “every delay in life is for a purpose known only by GodHis thoughts are different from man. He gives us soft landing. It comes according to his own timing. His perfect timing is for a purpose.

The corporate prayer points were raised by the Son of the Prophet, Victor Onen to the glory of God.
“Lord, may I not wait upon you in vain, let your perfect timing manifest in our lives, may we receive our miracles at your perfect timing, as we clap our hands, may the power of God destroy those who say we shall get our reward in Jesus Name Amen, mock those who mock at our Christianity, don’t let say where is your God, today, God will do something and your story for good Amen, and finally God should bring those who want us down, down in Jesus Name Amen, stop those measuring our lives Amen!.
It was a Thanksgiving service to be remembered. He came down with his glory. Yes, I saw the hand of God in action.
