The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, (NAWOJ) Cross River State Chapter heartily congratulates two of her members, Comrade Imani Odey, one time secretary and Comrade Mercy Ntor on their new appointments.
NAWOJ also commends the State Governor, Prince Bassey Otu for elevating Comrade Imani to “Special Adviser to the Governor on Electronic Media” and appointing Comrade Mercy as Special Assistant on Content Development (Electronic Media).
The Union appreciates the trust and confidence placed in them by the Governor, with the assurance that they will uphold the highest standards of public service and make a positive impact.
The Association wishes them well on the new attainment and prayed that they will continue to give proper representation of women and children in our society.
The congratulatory message was signed the chairperson of Nawoj, Comrade Rekpene Uket and the Secretary, Comrade Maria Ewa.
