Isaiah 42:8 ‘I am the Lord, that is My name; And My glory I will not give to another, Nor My praise to carved images” while Psa. 150:1-6 says
“Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament!

[2] Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness!

[3] Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; Praise Him with the flute and harp!

[4] Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes!

[5] Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with clashing cymbals!

[6] Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!”

Prophet & Rev Mrs Obi

The passage was with the emphasis “let all things praise the Lord”. This was the experience during the end of month thanksgiving service with the theme “Wonders Of Praise” – Amen!

It was a reminder to the congregation that whatever God says, it is final as far as His word is concerned. Repeatedly, the Prophet in the house had said that he is ready to deliver people whether the church is filled or not. The Will of God must be done and here I am to obey His instructions.

Recently, it looks as if the people are getting tired in praising and worshipping God, but He says that He will bless those who seek His Face.

As the theme says, joyfully, Prophet Sunday Obi began to dance as usual round the choir stand appreciating and recognizing the authority and power of His Master Jesus Christ, thereby humiliating Satan and its agents as he danced and praised the Lord.

Marvellously, the service was praise and worship all through as the spirit of the Lord directs. The Servant of God, was fully in charge of the situation. He was charged to wrestle with the demons. He was in control of every power and principalities.

It was a service of thanksgiving and self deliverance via singing and dancing of praises. Prophet Sunday Obi had declared total war of liberation against Satan and his agents and his power was humiliated. The people danced and praised God like never before and received their victory and celebration.

There was no set back of any kind. The service was supernatural and rewarding.

The Intercessory prayer points came through Pastor David Ibeh, as directed by the Holy Spirit. It was divine and powerful. He began by appreciating God for his mercies upon our lives and for seeing us through the end of January 2026 – Amen!

He prayed according to Psalms. 30:4, Psa.150:1/6, Psa 147:1/103: 1, asking God to bless Cross River State and may our leaders, communities and citizens praise Your Holy Name and experience your goodness in Jesus Name, Amen!

The thirty minutes worship is a must in God’s ARENA of Liberty GOAL every Friday whether the Prophet is present or not. It is usually the motivating point for the Servant of God to appreciate his Master Jesus. And it ended in glory and praise – Alleluia!

The testimonies were glorifying and pleasing to God. The ARENA Echo International choir rendered her Special No “Amanam, eyen Abasi Amanam ahee” to the glory of God. And the people of God applauded with a thunderous clap in appreciation.

Prophet Obi during worship session

God’s own general Prophet Sunday Obi had graciously reminded the congregation of the theme for the year which is “My glory I will not share with anyone”.

He announced that he will commence this year’s program from February 7-10 outside Calabar while the Son of Prophet will be going to represent him in a youth program in Biajua as soon as he returns – Alleluia!

Obi says, “this year, I am moving to places where they value me. Calabar doesn’t know my value, so I am moving”.

Speaking on the theme “Wonders Of Praise” the Prophet declared the service as praise all through. David became close to God because of how he praised Him. He praised God when he heard that the Ark of God was coming to his house.

Continuing, he cited Joshua 6:20 which says, “So the people shouted when the priests blew the trumpets. And it happened when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat. Then the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city”.

He admonished the congregation to learn to appreciate what God has done and what he will do always. Praise signifies thanksgiving. He loves praises. Prayer moves mountain, but praises draws Him nearer to you – Alleluia!

“When you praise God, your battle is over. My wife usually praised God on behalf of her two daughters and today they are happily married. The wonders of praise. There is a secret in praise. The Israelis praised God and the Wall of Jericho fell down in their favour.

Prophet Obi delivering the Word

He warned that we should not forget that the Prince of Persia is always moving around to stop people from celebrating. King Joshphat, praised God and got victory. Satan hates praises.

Praises leads to supernatural answers, divine intervention, supernatural deliverance, supernatural health, all round fruitfulness, supernatural vengeance and supernatural favour (Acts 24:7), Psa 94:1-5.

He said that you can engage wonders of praise via singing of praises (Psa.47:7) respectively.
Praise is important to God to acknowledge and honour Him always. Read Isa, 13:14/Matt. 15:8 for more understanding.

The Prophet had earlier listed various types of praises. The are
—Barak (kneeling), Halal (boasting/shining), Yadah (lifting hands), Shabach (shouting), Zamar (playing instruments), Tehillah (singing), and Towdah (thanksgiving/sacrifice).

These forms represent varied expressions of adoration, gratitude, and reverence, often incorporating physical actions like dancing, bowing, and singing, which can be done individually or in a group setting.

There was no major ministration but the deliverance were self induced as they praised and danced unto the Lord. It was more spiritual. The Prophet had declared blessings upon the lives of many that will key into the team.

And the people praised and danced in segments and got their celebration during the service. First were single ladies and single men, followed by the entire congregation. The spirit of God was manifest during the service. It was awesome, rewarding and glorifying.

The 7-point prayer points were anchored by the Son of the Prophet Victor Onen as the Holy Spirit directs. He prayed that God should break every chain the enemy had tied on believers in Jesus Name Amen, Oh Lord God, help me to come out from evil prison, every evil gathering scatter them, take away every burden on my head in Jesus Name Amen, restore everything the devil had stolen from me and today, as you praise God, you will receive your reward Amen!.

The highlight of the service was the thanksgiving by Mr & Mrs Odey for their successful wedding ceremony. It was marvelous in His sight – Amen!
