The General Overseer of God’s ARENA of Liberty (GOAL) aka “Enough is Enough”, God’s Own General, Prophet Sunday Enu Obi, is a Minister of God with a large heart. Yes, you can quote me. Very humane, reserved and focused when it comes to the things of God.

He loves humanity so much so that he can not stay off one Friday because there are few people in the church. No! He had severally vowed that he can never go back if it is only one person in the church.

The Prophet could not hold his joy today when he arrived under the heavy rain and saw the choir stand filled with few other worshippers who braved the rain and came as early as 8.30am to begin sessions for the service.

Obi is one Minister of God who has trained more than fifty Ministers and has allowed them to always mount his Pulpit accordingly as scheduled per weekly services. And today, in a joyful mood, he quickly released blessings upon the choristers and worshippers as was lead by the Spirit Of God. He was in his best mood and it continued till the end of service.

The theme of the service is “Covenant Day Of Vengeance” and the Lord of vengeance – avenged for his people – Amen!

There were tears of joy as they got divine retaliation against their enemies as the Lord stepped in. The battle is of the Lord, because we have no power of our own. His divine retaliation was total and final.

And the Lord of vengeance was manifest during the service. It was an extraordinary service. It was one of a kind. The devil was humbled and was put to shame. He came in different dimensions but got humiliated. Though, there were few people, but the mercies of God abound. There is God in Arena – No 11 Otu Ansa Street Calabar.

Before now, all the loopholes of the devil were nibbed on the board via prayers – Amen!

Our Father in the Lord, Prophet Sunday Enu Obi, Ministers and workers had waged a serious war during the weekly meeting preparing for this day. The result was a resounding victory to the children of God. The Lord gave them victory.

Followed by the Intercessory prayers led by Minister Mrs. Rita Kelvin Okang, the environment became too hot for the enemies to contend with. The presence of God was was mighty al through the service.

She gave thanks to God and invited the Holy Spirit to come and control of the service. Covenant keeping God, arise and stop our stoppers in Jesus Name Amen, let your vengeance arise and consume like fire, destroy every negative word that comes out of their mouth against us, destroy their evil altars in my father’s house and in my mother’s house, by the grace upon our lives we declare them dead in Jesus Name Amen.

The prayers were terrifying and powerful in the kingdom of darkness. They were dislodged spiritually – Praise God!

Earlier, the G.O had released blessings to choirsters as well as worshippers as directed by God.

The testimonies came as usual and were rewarding and pleasing in His sight. This was followed by the usual thirty minutes worship to God Almighty. The hand of God showed up Mightily during the session. It was indeed time to reflect on His Faithfulness over our lives. He is a Covenant keeping God. He is a Faithful God. He is a Merciful and All knowing God.

Above all, His ways are Straight. He is the Light and the Truth. He is the only Perfect Being. Jesus is Lord!

Prophet Sunday Enu Obi had earlier acknowledged the choir for that wonderful message via her song and prayed God to continue to give them the wisdom and knowledge to sing for Him. Today is Covenant day of vengeance and God will avenge for someone in Jesus Name Amen.

Thereafter, he graciously invited a Seasoned Man of God, Apostle Ubong Thompson to deliver the Word. Apostle Ubong, began by appreciating God for his mercies upon our lives and ended in praise.

He took his lead text from “Psa. 94:1 “O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongs— O God, to whom vengeance belongs, shine forth!”

He described Covenant as an agreement between two or more parties sealed with blood while Vengeance is punishment or payback time to someone because they harmed you sometimes ago.

Vengeance, Apostle Ubong says, is of the Lord. It’s not a personal payback by humans. Today, he prophesied that God will judge for your sake and settle accounts. Humans are told to leave room for God’s wrath instead of taking revenge themselves.(Deut.32:35). Exd 14:14/ Nahum 1:2 and Prob. 20:22.

As covenant children of God, we carry the mark of Christ in our body – Gal 6:17. Because of the mark, God takes over our battle and fight for us. Read Gen.4:15 about the story of Cain.

He gave reasons why God executes vengeance on our enemies. We are the apple of his eyes – Zech 2:8, God is merciful – Ps 8:4, we carry the mark of Christ – Gal. 6:17.

It is God’s appointed time to enforce covenant justice. It is not man’s anger. Isaiah 61:2 says “To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn”.

According to him, “covenant children don’t fight for themselves. God made a covenant promise to defend us. We are to play our part by been faithful and obedient.

God executes vengeance because it is bound by covenant to defend his own – Exd 23:22b, he avenged his word and promises – Isa 55:11, he avenges innocent blood and injustice – Psa 94:1-2/Rev. 6:9-10.

“The day of God’s vengeance is God’s set time to settle scores for his covenant people. It is legal and righteous and scheduled by God”.

The General Overseer had earlier thrown more light on the theme saying coming to the service is a Covenant. He says that the Name of the Lord is a strong Tower. The enemy had drawn a battle line and must be crushed today in Jesus Name Amen.

“Today the fight is personal. You must liberate yourself by yourself. Tell God what you want Him to do for you in this service. Whatever you ask God, is what He will do”.

He had frowned over the inability of some Ministers not coming to church with their Bible but only reference their phones. The devil doesn’t fear phone but fears the Holy Bible.

Prophet Obi directed the Resident Pastor Prophet Victor Onen to raise a nine point prayers arising from the theme. Oh Lord God, I cry for your vengeance, I demand for your vengeance in all sphere of my life, my marriage and children, arise and avenge for me, let the spirit of your vengeance catch up with my enemies, locate and consume every evil spirit in this service today and I receive all that was stolen from me by the Blood of Jesus.

The prayers were powerful and amazing.

At this juncture, the Prophet of our time, had prepared himself for action during ministration to the glory of God. There was a great encounter. Jesus is Lord. He Manifested in full and fought for his children.

He encountered many with years of affliction and challenges and gave them victory – Alleluia!
