“God is Divine in nature and Perfect in all ramifications. When it comes to divine Rescue, He does it with ease irrespective of your colour and tribe. He is concerned about your inner heart. Your relationship in this case matters a lot. Have you asked yourself what it takes to return God’s love back to Him as He loves us?
Your relationship, commitment, faith and obedience counts as far as divine Rescue is concerned.
The three Hebrew brothers had absolute faith in Christ Jesus as they were thrown into the fiery furnace and yet they were not troubled because the know the God they serve. He is the living God, promise keeper and the Alpha and Omega.
Put your trust in Him and He will surely deliver you in time of problem. He is the Father to the fatherless, Omnipotent, Omniscient God. He is the reliable and unchangeable God.
The Feet Wash service was a huge success. He never abandoned his own. He divinely rescued those that trusted in Him – Alleluia!
The Intercessory prayer points were anchored by Rev. Mrs Kingdom Lambe as the Holy Spirit directs. She gave thanks to God as she took her prayer from Psalms 91:1-to the end.
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.” and Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence”.
She prayed against every evil arrow thrown on us, prayed arrows thrown on our children, marriage, career and our health. Oh Lord deliver us from the hands of our enemies, restore all that have been stolen by the enemies, prayed against evil altar speaking against our family and children, break every family pattern, break every chain of stagnation, reject every evil foundation, and that the gate of hell shall not prevail against the church – Amen!
The testimonies were revealing. The thirty minutes worship ended in praise. It was amazing as the power of God came down. The gate of Heaven were opened after the worship session.
The ARENA Echo International choir was at her best as she rendered her Special No “There is no battle you cannot fight for me”. The congregation acknowledged by giving them a resounding clapping of hands.
The General Overseer Prophet Sunday Enu Obi, had observed a one minute silence to honour late Father of the Ministry, Asuquo Edet Okokon alias “Papa Abraham” as it were and prayed God to receive his soul – Amen.
Also prayers were offered on behalf of the Resident Pastor Prophet Victor Onen and Min. Fustina Ogben over an attack on them.
Obi had said, “henceforth I will not be begging people to come to program every Friday. The race is personal”.
He appreciated those who take the things of God serious and urged them not to relent because at the end, there shall be a reward.
In his usual characteristics, Obi who derives joy in producing Ministers and Pastors, humbly introduced “a brand new Minister” in the person of Min. Joseph Azogor to the Pulpit to present the Word.
Min Azogor, had started by appreciating God for giving him the opportunity to profess His Word. He also expressed his gratitude to the General Overseer, Minister and workers in ARENA.

Min. Azogor took his message from the following Bible verses, Psalm 34:17–19, Isaiah 43:1–2, Daniel 3:16–28 and Acts 12:5–11
According to him “Divine rescue is God’s supernatural intervention to save, deliver, preserve, and restore His people from situations beyond their contro”l.
He says “when God rescues, prisons open, storms become calm, enemies are defeated,
tears turn to testimonies,
and hopeless situations receive new life”.
God, he continues “always deliver his children from danger,
Intervene in impossible situations, preserving life and destiny, and bring victory where defeat seemed certain”
.
It comes in different dimensions,
spiritually, physically, financially, emotionally, or maritally.
God rescues us not only from the enemies outside but also from:
fear, sin, guilt, despair, and bondage.
There are Biblical examples of Divine Rescue: Daniel’s Friends in the Fiery Furnace (Daniel 3:16–28)
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow to the king’s idol. Because of their faithfulness to God, they were thrown into a burning furnace.
But God stepped into the fire with them and rescued came. Peter was delivered from Prison: (Acts 12:5–11).
Peter was chained between soldiers and guarded heavily. Humanly speaking, escape was impossible.
The Israelites were trapped in
the Red Sea behind them was
Pharaoh’s army. But God divided the sea and made a path through impossibility to rescue them.
Your limitation is not God’s limitation.
God brings Divine Rescue to us:
through Prayer: (James 5:16)
Prayer invites heaven into earthly situations, through Faith:
(Mark 9:23) through Divine Mercy:
(Lamentations 3:22–23 and through God’s Timing:
(Ecclesiastes 3:11)
He says that there signs to show that Divine Rescue Is coming. These include Unusual Strength in Difficult times, increased Prayer Burden, Unexpected Favor and Sudden Open Doors
Also, he listed things that can Hinder Divine Rescue: Unbelief, Sin and Disobedience, Prayerlessness, and Fear:
“The greatest rescue is not from poverty or danger but the rescue from sin and eternal separation from God. Jesus came to rescue humanity through His death and resurrection -Colossians 1:13.
Finally, he says “At the cross:
guilt was defeated,
condemnation was broken,
and eternal life became available ‘Amen’.
Earlier, the General Overseer, had thrown more light on the theme. He commented the guest speaker for doing justice to the theme.
He burst into praises to acknowledge the presence of Master Jesus.
He declared “as God rescued the children of Israelites, so shall someone be rescued today – Amen. Like the three Hebrew brothers, you be rescued. Jonah was also rescued by God. On our own we cannot do anything. Look unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Trust in Him and He will surely rescue you.

Before real ministration, the Prophet had directed Apostle Ubong Thompson to deliver five prayer points. He appreciated God via praises.
He prayed God to rescue us from sin, anger, disobedience and unbelief, from sickness and affliction, let every yoke be broken -isa 10:27, deliver and rescue us from the hands of our enemies, and that God should take away the spirit of fear in our lives.
The moment came as the General Overseer Prophet Sunday Enu Obi took over the stage for ministration. And guess what! God passed through him and rescued them divinely.
So many with different affliction were sorted out and were rescued. Many got instant testimony before the feet Wash proper. It was revealing and powerful. They came, saw and conquered – Amen!
It was a great and rewarding service. God is still in the business of doing good – Amen!
