They were anointed with supernatural grace, wisdom and strength to walk with Jesus Christ – Amen!

“Acts 10:38 says “how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him”.

The same process applies with us believers. We must be anointed by Jesus Christ as His Father anointed Him as he went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil.

It is a spiritual calling which we must all encounter if we must do the work of our Master Jesus.

This process signifies sanctification—being set apart from the ordinary for an extraordinary, divine purpose. Our lives will no longer be common; but rather set aside by the Creator for a specific, elevated destiny.

Today as we have been anointed with oil for greatness, it is a call to duty, it is a process for sanctification, a spiritual promotion to do the Will of our Master Jesus Christ.

Therefore, one is tempted to ask these questions. Are you ready to receive anointing? Are you ready to receive power to work for God?

May the Good Lord, guide us alright to do His Will after receiving the anointing in Jesus Name Amen.

The Intercessory prayer points were presented by Elder Peter Elemi as he praised God by singing “Alpha and Omega”.

He thereafter prayed for our weaknesses and sins, for the Church and the Nation (Nigeria), for God’s Servant and Family and for Our Spouses, Children, Family Members and well wishers.

Also, he prayed for the sick and needy, for our future, our inheritance, our finances, against poverty and the storm of life, the grace to hear the Voice of God, follow His ways and be shown deep secrets in Jesus Name Amen!

This session is regarded as the key to every service. It opens the way for worshippers to connect with God directly. Yes, spiritually, it ignited the house.

Acknowledging His Master Jesus Christ, the General Overseer Prophet Sunday Enu Obi as a mark of honour danced round the choir stand and the Altar in appreciation to what God has done in his life and the entire Ministry.

Oh! how amazing and fruitful it was. Every one that came early enjoyed the moment. The God of ARENA has never failed. He is a Reliable and Unchangeable God. The one that says a thing and it comes to pass. He is Abba Father, His Holiness and the Lord of Lords.

Also, the thirty minutes worship was great and rewarding. His presence was manifest in Glory. There was absolute peace in the land of the living. The demons trembled and could not face the reality on ground as the children of God received anointing for greatness to serve their Creator.

This is a time to connect with God. It is the time to invite Him into your soul and spirit. It is a time to lay your burden to Him. He is a Mighty God. All powers bow before Him in Heaven and the earth.

The testimonies were glorifying to God. ARENA Echo International choir rendered her Special No to the admiration of all.

Prophet Sunday Enu Obi in his usual cheerful manner ushered the guest speaker Pst Mrs. Bridget Orim to present the Word titled “Anointing for Greatness” as she rendered praises to appreciate God.

She took her text from 1 Samuel 16:12-13/Isaiah 10:27.

“Then the Lord said, rise and anoint him, he is the one,…. And the spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon David from that day forward.

She described Anointing as the empowerment of God upon a person’s life to accomplish his purpose and assignment.

In the Old testament, oil was often used as a symbol of God’s consecration and appointment. But the deeper reality is the power and presence of the Holy Spirit, adding that “anointing is not simply about pouring oil, it is about being empowered by God. When God anoints a person, he gives that person grace to do what human strength alone cannot accomplish”.

“Greatness, she said, is not merely becoming rich, famous or popular. Rather, it means becoming what God has called you to be and using your life to fulfill his purpose”.

It means empowerment, grace and divine enablement upon a person to fulfill their purpose, overcome limitations and become useful and impactful according to God’s will.

Anointing for Greatness, she says gives divine strength – Zechariah 4:6, It gives grace to fulfill your assignment, It gives courage to face challenges, It helps you to develop in the things of God, it enables us to become a blessing to others and it prepares you for greater responsibility.

Throwing more light on the Word, Prophet Sunday Enu Obi, said “when the Anointing of God is upon you, you become a ‘Voice’ and not a ‘Noise’, good things run after you and bad things run away from you. September is a Month of harvest he pointed. What are you going to harvest? What kind of anointing are you carrying? Is it the type that repels people or attracts people?”.

According to him, “mentorship matters a lot. The person who anoints you or officiates your marriage could affect you character wise. Not every minister of God should anoint you because the source of our power matters”.

He went to state that “some ministers wouldn’t want to anoint you because of what you carry and don’t want to die. For instance, Saul anointed first King in Israel, he abused power and paid dearly for that. – 1 Samuel 13:8-14”.

“You might or can be anointed but how you manage the anointing counts. When it is abused result becomes adverse.” He mentioned instances of pronouncements he made following application of olive oil to a spot in his former residence that lead to the death of 3 owls because of the anointing.

“Immorality renders anointing ineffective, the anointing strips you of power when abused. For instance, Saul wanted to serve both as King and priest but ended up a looser overall. Anointing turns the word of your mouth to fire. After David was anointed, the difference was clear. God can anoint you for a reason. To teach humility and to tell the world that tomorrow is in His hands and that destinies are his to determine”.

“Mention was made of a woman who was ridiculed, mocked, she cried to God and was anointed for greatness afterwards. Prophet Sunday Obi told of how Rev. Dr. Uma Ukpai of blessed memory found him out in a program way back in Ikom and said “There is a great man here.”(Mr. Obi). “There is something unusual about you. It will manifest when it matures.”

Also,Bishop David Oyedepo located him as well in Winners’ Chapel HQ Calabar and said, “Let the hidden potential come out.” Not long, the vision of how God anointed him came to pass and his story changed. His Excellency. Gov. Prince Otu’s Thanksgiving in GAOL and Deputy Governor’s visits to his house to mention but a few were all by reason of the anointing.”

The Anointing changes protocol, interpretes ‘that something’ in your life. A woman requested him to pronounce a death sentence on her son not knowing it would happen. Rather he told her that her son would return to apologize to her for his offences and it so happened. Another man traveled home and had slaps by invisible hands. Knowing what he carries, he retaliated immediately in the Name of Jesus and the next morning 8 men came to confess that they were responsible for the slaps. Anyhow, 4 of them died and God knows what happened to the rest”.

“When you are anointed, your language differs, you dine with Kings and Queens, you are honoured and you are confident.

He said, “Greatness is not wealth, riches, number of children or cars you own, but God’s divine connectivity.” God divinely connects and announces you. “I may not have all the wealth etc, but I am being announced in over 70 nations. I speak with authority and cannot be talked down on because of the anointing.” To sustain and succeed under the anointing; you must fear God, be loyal, don’t be proud, live a holy life.

Earlier, he had rendered the Corporate Prayers appreciating God for His divine anointing upon the lives of worshippers during the service.

He prayed “Oh Lord God; it is my ernest desire and prayer today that I need your anointing for divine sustainability over my life, let my hidden potential be made manifest by today’s anointing, as you anoint me with power, let every failure and comparison in satanic kingdom over my life be broken by the anointing as you empower me for evident change to the world, separate me from devilish foundational past and establish a divine connectivity instead, by the authority of Christ in me, I command all powers of darkness against my life to bow and be destroyed. All in Jesus Name we pray. Amen”!

The service was very unique and glorious. The spirit of the Most High God was visibly noticed – Amen!

Ministration was exceptional and great. Many received anointing for greatness during the service.
