On the Cross of Calvary “Our Lord Jesus Christ” said “it is Finished”. This is a statement of fact. It is a Divine voice speaking loudly for people with ears to hear.
There has never been another contradicting one ever since then and can never be. He died for us to conquer the world. Jesus paid the prize for all our iniquities. He had already destroyed all satanic strongholds by dying for our sake – Alleluia!
“No human can destroy satanic strongholds using his own power because these strongholds are inherently spiritual fortresses, human effort, intellect, or willpower which is completely insufficient to dismantle them”.
2 Corinthians 10:3-4, says: “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds.”
Demonic strongholds are built on spiritual deception, lies, and mindsets that oppose the knowledge of God, therefore, they require a superior spiritual power to be broken. See -Ephesians 6:10-18.
“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”
As they embrace the armor of God, all the satanic strongholds were destroyed – Amen!
The Order of service was followed subsequently after the dancing in round of the Prophet on the choir stand and the Altar.
The Intercessory prayer points were anchored by Min. David Ibeh according to the Holy Spirit.
He raised prayer to Destroy Every Stronghold of Darkness – 2 Corinthians 10:4
- Prayer: O Lord God Almighty, arise in Your power and destroy every stronghold of darkness operating against my life, family, ministry, and destiny.
Against Every Spirit of Fear and Bondage 2 Timothy 1:7
- Father, in the name of Jesus, I reject every spirit of fear, confusion, oppression, and bondage. – prayer
- Fill me with the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. – prayer
Prayer for Deliverance from Every Evil Pattern
Galatians 3:13
- By the redemption of Jesus Christ, I pray for freedom from every destructive pattern of sin, failure, and spiritual bondage in my life. – Prayer
- Lord, help me break every cycle that does not glorify Your name and establish me in righteousness and victory. – Prayer
Prayer for Victory Over Household and Generational Challenges
Ezekiel 18:20
- Prayer: O Lord, give me the grace to overcome every destructive pattern affecting my family. – Prayer
- Help us break cycles of hatred, bitterness, addiction, division, and ungodly behaviour. – Prayer
- Let my household become a place of peace, righteousness, love, and divine purpose – Prayer
It was a well packaged Intercessory prayer points.
The thirty minutes worship came, followed by testimonies as the Arena Echo International choir entertained the congregation with her Special No.
Thereafter, the General Overseer Prophet Sunday Enu Obi introduced a seasoned Minister of God, Pastor Phil Adams, as guest speaker to present the Word themed Destroying Satanic Strongholds.Text: 2 Cor 10: 4-5
4 “(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
5 Casting down immigrations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”
STRONGHOLD is a recurring, fortified pattern of thinking, feeling or behaving that operates on foundational lies and traps you in destructive cycles.
SIGNS OF SATANIC STRONGHOLDS. –

and Disproportionate Reactions.
COMMON ROOT CAUSES OF SATANIC STRONGHOLDS. –
“Lies one has believed, unhealed wounds, unconfessed sin or bitterness, generational or occult open doors”.
FEATURES OF SATANIC STRONGHOLDS
a. Rooted in the mind.
b. fortified lies and deception.
c. Progress resistance and delay.
d. Repetitive Cycles. e. Vulnerable entry points.
TYPES OF SATANIC STRONGHOLDS. –
a) Rational (Logical) Stronghold.
b) Irrational (Illogical) Stronghold.
c) God as a Stronghold: – Nahum 1:7.
d) Captive Stronghold:
HOW DO WE DESTROY SATANIC STRONGHOLDS? – 2 Cor 10:3-4,
Destroying Satanic Strongholds can be achieved through spiritual authority, revelation of God’s Word, active faith, prayer and fasting, and closing Legal grounds like sin and disobedience.
However, our focus is on “THE WORD” as a major weapon for Destroying Satanic Strongholds.
- Matt 8:16, Heb 2:3
We see how that Jesus understood his mission on earth through the Word and became free from the antics of the devil by revelation and word application or spoken Word. (Luke 4:18, Mtt 4: 4, 7, 10, 11).
WHY THE WORD?
Heb 4:12 – “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joint and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
What therefore is in the Word that destroys?
1) The Spirit of God – Jh 6:63.
“… not by power…but by my spirit …” Zech 4:6.
2) Power in the Word – Rm 1:16, Ps 66:3.
3) The Sword of the Spirit – Eph 6:17
4) Fire in the Word – Jer 23:29
5) Light in the Word – Jh 1:1-5
See Lk 22:53.
6) Spiritual Hammer – Jer 23:29
7) Blood in the word – Rev 12:11
Note that it is your level of Revelation that determines your ranking in the kingdom of God. We hear God’s servant in the house say “we can be age mates but not grace mates.” This is informed by his level of Revelation. Recall that he has encouraged us severely on the spoken word, “it is written,…..” as an unavoidable weapon of warfare.
To Qualify for victory over Satanic Strongholds you
a) Must be born again – Jh 3:3
b) Study the Word – 2 Tim 2:15
c) Meditate on the Word for proper understanding and application – Joshua 1:8, Ps 19:14
d) Engage in Warfare Prayers and Declarations – Eph 6:4, Jms 4:7
e) Unwavering Faith – Mark 11:22
f) Trust God’s Word above all else – Ps 3:5-6, Jer 17:7-8
In conclusion,
“….Resist the devil he will flee from you…” – James 4:7.
And
“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” – Phil 4:8.
Earlier, Prophet Obi had thrown more light on the Word saying
Satanic Strongholds “will not let you move forward, you will see death and can’t escape, you try and fail, you are intelligent but come out with poor grades, you graduate with First Class but can’t get a job talk less of a good job, labour much with small returns, you are like a slave in your marriage, you are always identified with evil. The list is unending.”
“More examples of Strongholds are Woman with the issue of blood, people you’ve known from the past refusing to help you even if they are in position to give you job, adultery, funication, lies, disobedience, life you don’t like to live but can’t get out of.”
Causes:
Pride, Disobedience to Prophetic instructions, doubt etc.
To successfully destroy Satanic Strongholds
1) Make God your personal Lord and saviour
2) Trust God
3) Be prayerful
4) Have faith
5) Sow seeds and give offerings
6) Run way from sin
7) Be wise.

1) I pull down every stronghold in my life from my father/mother’s house,
2) I cancel every step of backwardness in my life until I find peace,
3) The Lord will shepherd my life until I find peace reign,
4) I cancel every evil declaration made by my ancestors in any altar working against me,
5) Oh earth vomit all my blessings swallowed by you due to every satanic stronghold decreed upon you,
6) I throw all my frustrations, setbacks into the ground, and burry never to come back,
7) I open up all my vessels to collect all my restored items
8) I soak my blessings with the blood of Jesus.
