December 15, 2023, marked the closure of weekly services in God’s Arena Of Liberty (GOAL). It ended in praises and Thanksgiving to God, our Creator. It was worship, worship and worship.
And so again, in the year of Our Lord, January 12, 2024, the first service was held/marking of her sixth anniversary celebration in God’s Arena Of Liberty.

It was another colourful and amazing Communion service. It was another glorious day, praises, worship and thanksgiving all through. From the Minister’s opening prayers to the final blessings by the General Overseer, Prophet Sunday Obi. There was celebration and thanksgiving galore among the congregation.
The Servant of God, Prophet Sunday Obi was gorgeously dressed in “Efik” traditional attire, the Elders, Ministers and workers were not left out either.
The women too came in their “onynoyno”, glittering light the morning stars. Of course, you know women. You how serious they are when it comes to celebration. They are always ready for you. They were there for ARENA. Glory be to God. The celebration was great in the sight of God. He planned it and it was perfect.

The GOAL Partners, led by Evang Nengi Ewa Obeten, were there for the entire congregation. It was indeed, a memorable celebration.
There was an anniversary cake, enough snacks and swallow for both congregation and Elders, Ministers and the choir.
The General Overseer Prophet Sunday Obi, had earlier, given a brief history of how the journey started nine years ago. But the celebration was anchored on when the Outreach started. Some started, but could not stand nor continue. Glory be to God for keeping us together, strong and united hence this success story.
“God did not ask me to open a church, but a fellowship, a deliverance ministry which I had obeyed.”

He went on and on, reeling out “signs and wonders God had used him to do. I am not the one, but my Master Jesus Christ is the doer. Deaths have been raised, cancer healed, lame walked, sight restored, marriages, and above all deliverances of various kinds across the globe.
Obi declared, “I have never seen a better yesterday in this Ministry. I need your prayers daily. I have come to celebrate my God. He is a faithful God.”
However, the story is endless. God is faithful. God is still God. He can never change. He is the Dominion.
Earlier, the Intercessory prayer points was led by Bishop Henry Abiam to the glory of God.

He gave thanks to God, praised and worshiped Him, What a Mighty God, we serve, he prayed for His mercy upon our lives, prayed for forgiveness, prayed for Dominion, prayed for 2024 blessings, prayed against any form of death in our families, prayed against evil men and women in our lives, and finally thanked God for answering all our 2024 prayer requests in Jesus Name Amen.
Prophet Sunday Obi, had earlier in his style, danced round with his Elders and ministers to sanctify the hall against any attack.
He began to release blessings that came with the sixth anniversary celebration to the congregation. Obi led worship saying “He is a powerful God” and need to be praised. My God is a spirit. We must worship Him in truth and spirit. We have seen the Lord Goodness.

Thereafter, the Arena Echo International choir, sang her special No titled “Amanam”. It was glorious. It was splendid.
This segment saw the Prophet taking his time to officially introduce the guest speaker in the person of Dr. Fidelis Anukwa. The theme is “Walking In Dominion”.
He defined Dominion “as when you have supreme authority, sovereignty, absolute ownership while walking is said to be “the manner of functioning or operating “.
Taking his text from Ps.8:4-6What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

He went on saying “man was created to have dominion from the beginning. To be in power and direct the affairs of things. To be in-charge. To have sovereignty over God’s creation. He is to control and decide how things are done”.
Dominion means, power, authority or control over something or someone. It means operating in the Aninoting of God.
Anukwa sees Dominion as a God-given gift to His people that requires His supernatural aninoting. It belongs to you, but it is not automatic. It takes a faith, walking in love, and operating in the aninoting.
He references Lk 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised”.
According to him, “God originally created man to have dominion. This can be attested to from the Holy Bible. G.1:26/Ps.110:1-2/Deut. 28:13/Ps.139.14/49:20.”
Furthermore, he says, to walk in Dominion, means you are in charge, what you say stands, you give the instructions on accordance to God’s original plan for man. Read the following Bible verses, Ps.119:133/72:7/72:8.
Unfortunately, he says “sin has robbed man of authority to have dominion”. This can be found in Neh.9:36-37.
Anukwa says “you can only walk in Dominion when you fear and kee the commandments of God (Ps.35:12/Eccl.12:13/Deut, 10:12)’.
“You can only have dominion when you are wise as recorded in Eccl 8:1/Jas.3:13”.
Finally, “you must trust Christ to give you victory, have faith and have peace when you walk in Dominion. 1Kgs.4:24/1Jhn. 5:4/5:5.
“When you are in Dominion you take responsibility. You are in charge. You command authority, he says”.
He admonished believers to return back to God to regain the lost aninoting. Fear the Lord for this is the only solution to walking in Dominion.

It was another segment of praises and Thanksgiving as the choir led the way.
The Servant of God offered corporate prayers for the family, state and Nigeria during the Service.
However, he made one or two comments to back up the Guest Speaker.
Full counseling on Mons-Weds, while prayer mountain remains Mon, Tues and Weds. Time 9-12 noon.
The One week prayer/fasting starts on Monday 15 – Sunday 21, 2024. Time 4.pm prompt.
Highlight of the celebration was the cutting of the Cake by Prophet and his dear Wife to the admiration of the congregation.
Glory be to God!
