Generational curse are those covenant our forefathers made with idols in their quest for power, children or famous. These covenant has long ago being following many of their generation upon generation. It is a habit or behavior that has been passed from one generation to the next.
These generational curses were most recorded in the Old Testament.
Cain murdered his brother and God cursed Cain to become a restless wanderer. Same happened as Noah cursed Canaan because of the lewdness of his father Ham – Noah’s son.
And the theme of the service was ,”Breaking Generational Curses”, the devil knew what was going to happen, and made many worshippers not to attend the service. The devil started by causing the generator to breakdown, but the ARENA Echo International choir was capable and was alive to her responsibility. Glory!
The hall as at 10.00 am was empty, but because the hand of God is in ARENA, God’s Own General, Prophet Sunday Obi, had revealed what “God told him” that about 11 pastors in Calabar wants him dead, but they came too late. He prayed and declared disaster upon them in a very short time.
“God, however said, “I am the owner of God’s Arena Of Liberty GOAL and not you, assuring that very soon worshippers shall begin to return as it were. They are fighting in vain.”
Earlier, the Intercessory prayer points were raised by Pst Ibe David to the glory of God according to G.27:13/Exd 20:5 to buttress his points.
Genesis 27:13″But his mother said to him, “Let your curse be on me, my son; only obey my voice, and go, get them for me.”
Exodus 20:5″you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments”.
He prayed asking God to take us away from sin as it is a generational curse.
Pst Ibe prayed against every curse of poverty, infertility, against wisdom and knowledge and invites the holy ghost fire to quench it in Jesus Name Amen.
He prayed against every family idol fighting against us, prayed against wanting my blood for sacrifice to die by fire, Oh Lord God, make haste to separate me from the evil family in Jesus Name Amen.
Shortly after, the Prophet led praise and worship session for about fifteen minutes euologising his Master Jesus who was already on the Throne.
He ended the session with this song “now that the battle is over, we are more than conqueror”.
Speaking on the theme “Breaking Generational Curses”, the Father of the Commission, Papa Abraham, says curse is opposite of blessing. Blessing brings good while curse brings evil.
In the Old Testament Genesis 1:22″And God blessed them, saying, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth.”
Isaiah 55:11″So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
He says every curse is generational and that it comes from the devil. Repentance means turning away from sin.
There must be an intentional attempt to make sacrifice and commitment in the household of God. Generational Curses have existed from Adam to Jesus before his sacrificial death.
He says, that the purpose of sacrifice to deal with sin. When you sacrifice, you are agreeing that we have sinned.(Psa 32:1).
Said he, when you make sacrifice and commitment in the household of God, it thus brings blessing. Sacrifice is per head. Jesus paid his sacrifice on the Cross.
He says”what sacrifice have you made in the church? Are you running away from God? Is your sacrifice reasonable. What have you been giving to God? No man goes to war at his own expense”.
Thereafter, the Prophet went into another five minutes of praise singing and dancing like never before.
Evang Nengi Iwa Obeten raised five prayer points based on the theme. She thanked God for making us see the day and participate at the end of month service.
She prayed “God to deliver us having known us better from generational curses, deliver my family as our pillar, every vow on my education, I release Holy Ghost fire to consume them in Jesus Name Amen, crush every covenant speaking against my marriage, career and business”.
She prayed that “there shall be deliverance upon Mount Zion”.
Tarry Night comes up on June 28, 2024 at 9.pm. The theme is “Night of Vengeance”. Invite your friends and family members. It is going to be great.
There were healing, deliverance prophetic messages and blessings.
First timers were duly welcomed and prayed for.

There was enough sacrifice and commitment amongst the congregation. They praised and worshipped their God in truth and spirit. Glory!
The joy of the Lord became their Salvation as they showed enough sacrifice and commitment during the service.
It was splendid and spiritual. The blessing went to all that attended the service. Testimonies abounds. God is still in the business of doing good, Praise God – Alleluia!
And their sacrifice and commitment gave them victory!!!
