The grace of God was upon the people as they confidently ignored and despised the heavy rain fall to attend Friday’s Service. It was like only the Ministers were in attendance as the rain continued unabated and uncontrollably.
Guess what! God is God. He does not hurt, but cares. He loves his children and is there to comfort them in time of difficult situations.
Therefore, he released His grace upon those who know that “wisdom is profitable to direct” and braved the rain and came to church to worship their God.
The rain from the spiritual eyes was a test of our faith. As usual, when it rains in Calabar, it becomes a problem for believers to come to church, but behold God had promised that He will not allow the gate of hell to prevail against the church of God.
And it came to pass and there were people to worship God – Alleluia!
Truly, the Communion Service was really unique indeed. The Lord of Hosts manifested in Glory during the service. His hand was everywhere. His presence and power overwhelmed the demonic limitations.
The Servant of God, Prophet Sunday Enu Obi had expressed his thanksgiving and appreciation to God by dancing round the choir stand. Full of confidence in his Master “Jesus Christ”. He has a Covenant with Him and as such dose not get moved whether there is an overflow or not but always ready to do His Will.
Earlier, Intercessory Prayers were offered by Pastor Elder Peter Elemi, as the Holy Spirit directed. He appreciated God for his mercies upon our lives for seeing this day. He prayed that God should forgive all sinners in creation, strengthen all Christendom, that all church leaders serving God genuinely be uplifted and rewarded accordingly mostly Prophet Sunday Enu Obi and prayed that righteousness be found among followers in the Church of Christ.
Pst. Elemi prayed God to bless the church especially God’s ARENA of Liberty (GOAL) prayed for the sick, those mourning to be healed especially GOAL, prayed for Nigeria that the transition period be peaceful and honourable to the Lord, and prayed for an end to the conflicts in our state and nation with reference to Idomi/Ugep tribal war and Israel/Iran.
The testimonies were revealing and powerful in the sight of God. The thirty minutes worship was terrifying and rewarding. The choir rendered her Special No to glory of God.
The General Overseer , Prophet Sunday Enu Obi had earlier introduced the guest speaker, Apostle Ubong Thompson to the Pulpit to present the Word titled “Destroying Spiritual Stronghold”.

He appreciated God for giving him the grace to speak His word. He defined a strong hold as a fortified pattern of thinking behavior or spiritual oppression that has become established in a person, family or territory through repeated sin, lies, trauma or demonic activity”.
According to him, “Every limitation in your life has a spiritual foundation and until strongholds are destroyed you can not be free. He took his lead text from 2 Corinthians 10:4-5.
“2 Corinthians 10:4-5
[4] For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down of strongholds,
[5]casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ”,
He said that sources of stronghold include Generational/Ancestral – Exodus 20:5, Personal sin and Trauma – Provb 5:22 , Demonic infiltration – Luke 11:24-26 respectively.
Types of stronghold are Generational/foundational,Territorial/market and Stronghold of affliction.
Apostle Ubong made reference to how we can destroy spiritual Strong hold in our lives. Engage spiritual authority -Luke 10;19, Apply the Blood of Jesus – Rev 12:12, Enforce the anointing – Isaiah 10:27; Zech 4:6, Execute authority of God’s word – Heb 4:12, Jer. 23:2 , Take every thought captive – 2 Cor 10:4-5, Fasting and Prayer. Matthew 17:21; Isaiah 58:6, Establish a righteous Altar. Judges 6:25 and Submitting to God and resisting the devil – James 4:7.
Earlier, the General Overseer had appreciated Apostle Ubong for doing justice on the theme and urged believers to key into the activities in the service and get their freedom.
According to him, “when you identify strongholds from your father’s house, don’t sit and watch, bind them. Let the word “it is written” be your war cry.
Characteristics of strongholds in a person’s life are, persistent sinful habits such as rape, smoking, witchcraft, drunkenness, fauls belief about God’s existence, pride, fear, ideologies that will make you doubt God’s existence and spiritual bondage via lies about a man of God to mention but a few.
“As a child of God, you must demolish strongholds by
avoiding unnecessary arguments on idealogies, that can cause you to derail” he added.

The 7- Prayer Points were anchored by Min. Loveth Eban as she began to thank God for the gift of life, pleaded for mercy as the prayer of a sinner is an abomination unto God, mercy for ancestral sins causing delays in getting answers to our prayers, prayed for Nigeria declaring peace, Prayed for Nigeria again and saying we shall not be casualties of the evils in our nation but testifiers, destroy every evil pattern in our families hindering our destinies and destroy evil patterns in my family by which we are identified.
The ministration was very easy and smooth as the Prophet performed deliverance according to His Master’s direction – Alleluia!
Prophet Obi later lead a prayer session making the following declaration, “I will never be a victim of circumstance”, thus Every stronghold in my father’s/mother’s house, today I destroy you out of my life , whosoever is monitoring my destiny, today, by reason of the anointing scatter, By reason of the anointing I scatter every evil gathering against my life and destiny, every barricade hindering my destiny be destroyed, every gang up in any altar speaking against me and my children, marriage, carrier, etc brake as I clap my hand, it is written that your goodness shall follow me all the days of my life therefore let it be so with me and my children, It is written.. the blood of Jesus speaks better things than the blood of Abel, therefore let the blood of Jesus begin to speak in my favour in every area, it is written by his stripes I am healed, as Iay my hands on wherever it hurts, I curse sickness to die from the tap root.

Highlight of the service was the burial announcement of the Father of the Ministry, late Pa Abraham,
