GoodNews: The Lord Has Risen And Resurrected Our Spiritual Lives, Hosanna In The Highest

BY: Phil Adams/Vitalis Ugoh, Calabar

“And there is GoodNews at the end of the Passover. The pains were there. The tortures were there, the molestation was too much for the Son of Man. But hear this, “it is finished on the Cross of Calvary”. He died, Crucified and Resurrected on the Third Day, Hosanna in the Highest. His Name is Yawe, He is Called Messiah, He is Lord of Lords and King of Kings, He “Jesus Christ”, Our Saviour.

All these painful experiences were to fulfill the promises of God to save humanity. He died for the sins He did not commit. He died to fulfill His Father’s Will – Alleluia!.

Oh! What a sorrowful journey which ended in a joyful and granduer style to the Glory of God, the Almighty.

He died to redeem humanity. He died so that we may have life abundantly. He paid a price for our collective sins. He is love, peace, obidence and good. These are His Character. Thank God that “I am born again. Glory, Honour be ascribed unto Him Alone, Hossana, Hossana, Hossana!!!

The Friday’s Service with the theme “The Resurrection Power” indeed was very unique and inspiritional so to say. It was a service of reflection on our past, present and future life. What have become of us after being saved by an innocent person from our grievous sins.? Is there any remorse. How much attention so we give to our Lord Jesus Christ.? What has been our daily priorities? Do we believe and trust in Him who gave His life to save us?. This is the undoing of Christians today.

This calls for a sober and spiritual reflection for us as Christians to renew our relationship with God to be able us attract His blessings in all ramifications.

No wonder, the Father of the Ministry, Papa Abraham, while conducting the Intercessory prayer points, asked God to give us the Holy spirit to renew our relationship with Him.

He said “nothing resurrects except by Him Christ. We teach, sing and resurrection “.

He died that we may have His kind of life – Alleluia. Today we are going to have restoration of life, spirit and love of God which include, “peace, joy, obidence, faith and humility”.

Papa Abraham gave thanks to God for sending His Only Begotten Son to die for our sins. Give us the Holy spirit according to your promises to us.

“Oh Lord God, by your death, cause today to resurrect with you in spirit. Let your resurrection power be our portion in Jesus Name Amen”.

“Oh Lord God, I pray for your resurrection power in this service today.”

Read the following Bible verses Jh.11:25/Acts 17:18/Eph.2:2/Nos. 32:21-28.

After the Intercessory prayer, the Prophet in the House, God’s own general, Giant of Africa, a Servant of God full of humility, Prophet Sunday Obi, characteristically burst into praise and worship songs “Holy, Most Holy Is The Lord ” As I lift up my hands before you”, One glorious morning, I shall see my Saviour, etc”.

He said, “I saw Him lamenting for my sins, I saw blood flowing out of His Ribs, the agony on the Cross, I saw Him weeping , I hear Him saying, I have forgiven them, I hear Him saying it is finished, and Jesus I love you too much ooo, too much oo excess love oo”.

Obi admonished the congregation to reflect over the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Think of the Resurrection Power of Jesus Christ. It is a mystery which only God can tell.

And came the most wonderful choir in the World, ARENA Echo International choir rendering a beautiful number “If not for your love”. It was splendid, awesome and full of Thanksgiving to God.

Then came the Word which of was presented by Pst.(Mrs) Phil Adams to the amazing grace of God.

She sang “On the way to Calvary, He wept for me”. Alleluia!.  The Word was taken from Phil.3:10. She spoke of the Resurrection of Christ from death.

“Resurrection Power “That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;– Philippians 3:10”

“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
— John 11:25″.
She spoke on the benefits of Resurrection which are, Holiness (1Cor.15:42) Shame to glory (1Cor.15:43) Weakness 1Cor.15:43b) transformed to supernatural (1Cor.15:44) Victory (1 Cor. 15:55-59) Liberty from captivity (Matt.27:50-53) From death to life (Rev 1:8) Sickness to health(Arms. 8:11) and failure to breakthrough ( Matt. 28:18-20).

Adams says, one can activate the Resurrection Power through the following measures, Born Again Jh. 3:3, Faith In Christ – Hab2:4/1Jh. 3.23, Studying the Word 2tim. 2:15/ Knowing Christ Jer.9:23-24) Know the power of Resurrection Eph.1:18-20.

The Resurrection Power of Jesus Christ covers all our sins, Hosanna be in the Highest!!!

At this juncture, the Giant of Africa, Prophet Sunday Obi, as usual went singing, “Only, only you, Only you Be God” . Asking ” Do you believe that Jesus is the only God you serve?. Then begin to appreciate Him by way of Thanksgiving. Thank Him for His manifest presence today and always in ARENA.

He described the Resurrection Power as power of event of Jesus Christ rising from the dead. We are risen with His Death and Resurrection. Because, He Resurrected, all dead cells in our lives are resurrected in Jesus Name Amen.

He is Risen, and we are risen  spiritually with Him… Alleluia ‘ Alleluia!! Alleluia!!!.

Today, healing, deliverance,  blessings shall be our portion in Jesus Name Amen.

There were signs and wonders. God used his servant mightly. He cast away deaths, restore joy in marriages, healed so many and above all,  gave thanks to God for all His Mercies upon his children especially those that believed in Him.

The congregation also offered prayers to God to protect and preserve the governor -elect Prince Bassey Otu to stand by Him and not to go astray.

Corporate prayers were also offered asking God to cleanse all dead woods in our spiritual lives, commanding the earth to vomit anything speaking against his Children, deliver us in what plans the evil ones have plotted against us and heal as many that have laid their hands upon their perceived sickness in Jesus Name Amen “.

First timers were welcomed and prayed for. Join us in our Facebook page. Like/Comment. God bless you.
