The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Mr. Samuel Ogbuku, has on behalf of the Management and Staff of the Commission felicitates Her Excellency Rev. Mrs Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, First Lady of Cross River State on the occasion of her 60th birthday.
In a congratulatory message to the First Lady, the Managing Director said they were thankful to God for her diamond jubilee birthday celebration, noting that her genuine nature, wit, love and compassion are a joy to be around.
He described the celebration as a significant milestone stating that sixty years refers to a full life circle in any one’s life saying he was honored to be part of the celebration of Rev. Mrs. Otu whom he described as a wonderful woman with the fear of God.
While praying God to encompass her heart with endless love, contagious laughter, and everything that brings joy to her, Mr.Ogbuku on behalf of the management of the Commission and his family, wished the First Lady a fun filled, beautiful and brighter birthday.
