They Renewed Their Relationship With God And Got Victory

Repeatedly, the Servant of God Prophet Sunday Obi, the General Overseer of God’s Arena Of Liberty (GOAL) had preached that Heaven is real while salvation is personal.

It does not matter how many years you have been in the church or whether you are the General Overseer, Pastor, Elder and Choir Minister, what really matters is “your relationship with God”.

“Where will you be on that faithful day. What will be your reaction on the Injury Time, the perilous time or end time”.

You could be the General Overseer and yet you will not enter into Heaven. You can be a Bishop with twenty branches and yet the door is shut against you on that faithful day when the Lord shall appear in His Glory. Where will you be?

No wonder then the theme of today’s service “Injury Time”. This has nothing to do with the Bible but can be used during Football matches.

However, its connection has to do with perilous time when things begin to happen the opposite or against what God says. The “Word is the way, truth and life”.

Today, man loves the things of the world more than the things of God. This is the perilous time we are talking about. These approaches are against the will of God for man.

Regrettably, the world is turning into a point of no return. Our children and most parents are turning their backs on God. They are rather engaged in internet fraud to enrich themselves against the Will of God.

“Today, there are wars in every part of the World. Russia is fighting against Ukraine, Israel is fighting against Palestine”.

Still on the same matter, families are against each others, father against child. Mother against daughters, name them. These are signs of perilous time around us be it in the community, church or families. So many things have gone wrong because, we have refused to renew our relationship with God.

But, hear this, the good news is that as they renewed their relationship with God, He gave them victory.

At God’s Arena Of Liberty (GOAL) aka “Enough is Enough”, His glory was manifest. His grace was abundantly enough to all worshippers as they renewed their relationship with God.

It was a revival of what we knew before now but have refused to obey them. The Lord is saying “seek ye first the Kingdom of God, every other thing shall be added unto you”.

The Intercessory prayer points were exceptional as it connected with the theme with a shift from the definition of “Injury Time” to a more direct link with “Perilous Time” as recorded in the Holy Bible, Amen!

This was anchored by Apostle Ubong Thompson, according to “2 Timothy 3:1-2
[1]But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:
[2]For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy”.

He prayed that God should help us in our habits, characters, religious beliefs as well as secular ungodly patterns.

He also prayed against last days injury or perilous time that is working in the flesh or carnality, prayed against backsliding, against, he prayed for God’s restoration and that God should change our name from forsaken.

Thompson prayed to reject the doctrines of the devil, help us to be rooted in your word, to be planted in the things of God, help me to know and serve you, don’t let them say “where is your God”, help me to make Heaven and that we shall not die in immorality.

The thirty minutes worship was incredibly marvelous and inspiring. His mercies endureth forever and his grace was felt everywhere, though with few people in attendance. However, as soon as the worship was over, there was an increase in attendance. It can only be God in situations like this – glory!.

The glory of God took over the service as it were till the close of the day. The spirit became very high for the demon to enter and operate.

Thereafter, God’s own general, Prophet Sunday Obi, who said that he was fully armed and ready for any demon, graciously introduced the guest speaker Pst Monday Ajom Obi to speak on the theme “Injury Time”.

Appreciating God, he said the theme is very strange from what it used to be, talking of “Injury Time” instead of prosperity.

This is a kind of revival to so many people today. It is entirely out of the normal preachings in churches. It is a message of Hope and trust in God. This is a journey with Christ. How prepared are you?

He referenced “1 Chron 12:32
[32] “…..of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command”;

“He said that the children of Issachar had understanding of the last days or perilous time. What is happening in the World today are signs of end times.

The Internet has scattered many homes today, our children have turned to scammers across the globe. Nobody is ready to follow Christ. Nobody wants to hear what God says, he added.

“What you may call small sin can stop you from making Heaven. Injury Time is a very serious business. A lot of people have abandoned the Way, the truth and the life, which is Christ Jesus. They have followed the path of darkness. The churches every where you go are empty”.

“There are rumours of war in Israel, Palestine, Russia and Ukraine today. Signs of perilous times. Injury Time will not know you as a Pastor, Elders or General Overseer. You must give your life to Christ. What matters on that faithful day is your genuine relationship with God”.

The Modern world is gone. We are into end time with different kinds of signs on what we wear, browse, we drink, name them. The sign of “666” is here with us today. We have no place to hide except we change our relationship with Jesus Christ, he says.

He talked about fake Prophets, we see and hear about “gossips in the church, quarrel, blackmail and character assassination every day.

He expressed worries over the inability of people to serve God. These are signs of perilous time. Our relationship in Christ Jesus matters. Do not judge for judgement is for the Lord.

Emphasizing further, God’s own general Prophet Sunday Obi, observed that end time has come and only those who have renewed their relationship with God shall have victory. Read the following Bible verses Pet 2:24/Isa 41:14/Jer 17:14/Ps 147:3 respectively.

The corporate prayers were offered by the Son of Prophet, Prophet Victor Onen as directed by the Holy Spirit.

He prayed that God should redirect our lives in order during the injury time, cleanse every filthiness in our lives, remove every deficiency via the blood of Jesus Christ, give us a new heart and give us the heart of forgiveness.

Earlier, the Servant of God had given opportunity to the General Overseer of “Global City of Praise”, Ikom Pastor Agbor Agbor Echo to appreciate the congregation.

The service was rewarding and amazing. Their renewed relationship gave them victory. There were testimonies, healing, and deliverance.
