National Director of Strategic Deployment and Implementation of Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria (RTFN), Hon. Shedrach Innocent Egede, has reaffirmed his commitment to the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Bassey Edet Otu, as well as other candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections.
Egede demonstrated his grassroots political strength on Monday, when he mobilised over 5,000 supporters to the APC presidential rally held in Calabar, Cross River State.
The impressive turnout, according to political observers, underscores Egede’s growing influence and capacity for grassroots mobilisation, and his commitment to strengthening the APC’s base in Cross River State.
Speaking at the sidelines of the rally held at the U.J. Esuene Stadium, Egede said his action was in line with the strategic mobilisation mandate entrusted to him by the Chief Founder of RTFN, Barr. Seyi Tinubu, and the Director-General, Hon. Bala Ahmed.
He disclosed that RTFN has set an ambitious target of galvanising over 10 million votes for President Tinubu in the January 16 presidential election.
To actualise the target, Egede said he and his team, particularly RTFN coordinators across the 18 local government areas of Cross River State, will intensify mobilisation and political engagement across all 196 political wards of the state.
“The planned mobilisation drive is designed to expand our support base, strengthen community-level political structures and take the message of the Renewed Hope Agenda directly to the people,” he said.
Egede stressed that the mission goes beyond participation in political rallies, noting that it is about building a formidable grassroots network and consolidating support across communities.
“It is about ensuring that the growing enthusiasm for President Tinubu, Governor Otu and the APC translates into tangible electoral gains,” he added..,
He reiterated his determination to contribute meaningfully to the collective efforts towards victory for President Tinubu, Governor Otu and all APC candidates in 2027.
