Be Updated On Trending Technological Development In Your Office – Commissioner

In a bid to sustain the transformation of the state civil and public service, the Commissioner for Establishments, Training and Pensions, Hon. Mrs. Lawrencia Ita has charged civil servants particularly under her  Ministry, to brace up  for the trending technological development in  service delivery.

The Commissioner who stated this in her office while addressing Management staff during a meeting said that the state government’s zeal to reinvigorate the state civil and public service is unsurmountable as it’s tentacular network is strategized. 
She maintained that workers needed to reposition themselves by venturing into researches via books, seminars, workshops and positive academic interaction with office colleagues in the office to update themselves on job responsibilities. 
According to her, without such disposition the technological trend in human capacity development would leave them behind and eventually find them wanting in optimal service delivery.

She charged  her Management Staff to open up channels and opportunities for their subordinates to fast track the systemic knowledge of office operations as a deliberate succession policies.

The Commissioner urged them to be exemplary particularly in the areas of punctuality and transparency so as to maintain seamless credibility.

Commissioner  Ita who reports to office as early as 7:30 am daily promised to reward outstanding staff of the ministry based on evaluations by the respective Heads of Departments.
